Starting Pay

Starting pay for First Officers is $93.00/hour

Premium Pay

Additional flying is available at up to 300% with more opportunities for Schedule Disruption/ Reschedule pay

$5,000 First Officer Bonus

Upon completion of First Officer IOE

Captain Qualified $200,000 New Hire Bonus

$50K upon completion of Captain IOE $50K 6 months after IOE $50K 12 months after IOE $50K 18 months after IOE

Guaranteed 12 days off (reserve and line holders)

Paid Vacation days

Up to 35 paid vacation days per year. Trip-touching can enable one week of vacation to become three weeks

First Officer Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the United States

Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English Language

Must have an ATP or be qualified to obtain an ATP or Restricted ATP (CFR 61.159 and 61.160) Review Minimum Qualifications

Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate

FCC Radio License

Valid civilian passport and the authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served by Air Wisconsin

Valid United States driver's license

Graduation from accredited four year college preferred

Recency of experience will be considered

Pilot Minimum Flight Requirements

ATP Certificate Holder

At least 23 years old

500 hours of cross country

100 hours of night

75 hours of instrument

50 hours of multi-engine (25 actual and up to 25 hours of simulator time)

Current ATP written

Restricted ATP Holder

Hours: 1,500 1,250 1,000 750

1500 total hours
100 hours can be simulator time. Applicants will receive 36 hours of simulator time. CTP applicants will receive 46 hours of simulator time
250 hours needs to be PIC in an airplane

At least 21 years old

200 hours of cross country (100 hours of which needs to be PIC cross country in an airplane)

100 hours of night (25 hours of which needs to be PIC night in an airplane)

75 hours of instrument

Graduated from a US Armed Forces undergraduate pilot training school and received a rating qualification as a military pilot

75 hours of instrument

25 hours of actual multi-engine

Current ATP written, with at least 4 months until expiration, or apply for our CTP program
