Called Jack to make sure he was there for fuel to which he was. Very nice guy. He is clearing some of the trees on the 29 approach. Rest room was very clean however no computer for weather info. This is a no frills place but the price was right.

I went to 08R for the first time this weekend. Called in advance to confirm someone would be available to pump fuel on Father's Day, and then called again when I landed. Only had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to arrive. The owner (Jack) is very friendly. Small airports like this could really use our support, so waiting a short time for service is very acceptable to me.

The pumps are for pilots based out of, or who use 08R. However, if you call ahead, or can catch the FBO open (which sometimes can be difficult), they should be able to let you pump fuel. The new restroom is located through a door on the side of the main hanger. This is a transient friendly airport, and the owner keeps the runway in EXCELLENT condition. Also an air hose is located by the pumps.
