Good place to stop since winds were generally better than out on the plains. Nice little FBO to stop and get gas. We couldn't get accommodations when we stopped by during 4th of July weekend, so make sure to call ahead. Leash laws here are enforced for dogs. The Mexican restaurant mentioned earlier was excellent and very reasonably priced. Our second stop through found the county car in the shop, so we couldn't eat here on our way back.
Great Fuel Price on 6/14/10. The attendant, OB, offered the county car for a quick ride into the town of Montpelier for a small fee. No Internet. Found a nice Mexican Joint, El Jalicience.
