The combination is posted on the outside of the door as a hint, which any pilot will know. The door to the lounge area is on the east side of the hangers, and the car keys are hanging on the wall just inside the door.

Called and wrote JD, and he notes that although unattended, there is now a courtesy car, wireless access, a computer and bathrooms available! - Get in touch with him to permit access (he has the code and I don't think I should post it here) A great place that gets better! Mind the towers to the SE of the airport.

Best fuel prices around. Landed 5pm yesterday (Thurs) and no one around, but SS worked like a charm. Was told on phone MasterCard only but sign on pump said Visa/MC. Didn’t look like a restroom was around but previous comments explain the location...Maybe a notice on the pumps would help? All surfaces good condition.

Had to make emergency landing due to oil pressure and JD gave me the royal treatment. They are real proud of their FBO and loaner car hot-rod. Watch out for animal poop on the runway.

Stopped in on 5/16/06. Excellent airport & town! Access to the pilot's lounge on the east end of the T hangar building - enter the VFR squak code to access the door key inside the box, open & let yourself in. Courtesy key is by the door for the Crown Vic in the T on the SE end hangar. High speed internet for weather. Don't forget to put the door key in the box...

Great airport. We were in 6 planes. J.D. Doyle and Doug Garvin saw the planes arrive. They were the most friendly guys. The whole airport and people were excellent. We are going to put this airport on our must stop list when we are in the area. Can't say enough about how nice they were. Thanks for letting us stop in for the night.
