Arrived last on a Sunday. Folks at Greensboro called early in the day to confirm my arrival. They had a rental car waiting for us after hours. Service was outstanding.

Came in for a Pilot and Paws mission, picking up 15 puppies from a shelter in Alabama, and taking them on to Greensboro, VA. The linemen, Chris and Albert were "AWESOME". It was hot, they worked to fuel the plane and load all the puppies. Had trouble getting one of the engines started and they again helped to unload the puppies and get them water, etc. Unbelievable service...Great place for Pilot and Paws to meet at.

Flew into 3J7 to attend the Master's this past week. At my time of arrival, I was the only propeller driven plane lost in a sea of multi-million jets on the field. The staff treated me like I was made of gold. I was completely impressed by the service I received upon arrival, during my stay, and when I departed. Great service is truly hard to find these days but the staff at 3J7 was top notch. Thank you for making my brief visit perfect.

On the way back from KISM and I usually land at KAND but storms where over the airport so I look at the xm and rerouted to 3J7. This is a great place... I was fueling the plane at the SS and airport employee came up in a golf cart with bottle waters for my passengers and me. Said there is a storm ahead and did they have a restaurant.... He said we have courtesy car. Went to town ate come back handed keys to them and check weather. Storm was 25 miles deep and 250 miles long across my flight path. The FBO employee said it is closing time but feel free to stay inside until the storm breaks. The had a couple of real nice couches and I took a nap woke up 2 hr later check weather still bad laid down for another hr check weather. It was broken up so we left.

This is a terrific. We flew our Columbia 350 in for the July 4th weekend at Reynolds Plantation -- and were treated to first-rate service and hospitality from the moment we shut down the engine to the time we left. The knowledgeable line staff took excellent care in fueling and hangaring our plane, while the exceptionally friendly counter agent made my family feel welcome. Leather chairs and a fireplace give the inside of the lounge a "lodge" feel, and rocking chairs on the deck overlooking the ramp provided us with a very comfortable place to work / wait for the weather to clear for our departure. Would definitely recommend as a fuel stop or as a great place to fly in to visit the Ritz Carlton at Reynolds Plantation.
