The terminal building now has an electronic keypad lock. The code to unlock the door is the Warren Airport Unicom frequency.

17 October 2006. The airport is open. The runway is now 75' wide.

Runway is closed until September 1, 2006 approx, call for progress.

Interesting airport. Fueled by the mayor, who happened to be on the field at the time and had a key to the pumps. $3.00 a gallon, and when I tried to pay him, he just had me write my name and address in the "fuel log" and he said that they would send me a bill at the end of the month, he added that they have never lost a dime using this method. Tall pines on either side of the runway, otherwise an easy takeoff and landing. Small town charm.
