Have flown over it for years and finally had the opportunity to land for the weekend here. Bought almost 55 gallons at the reasonable rate of $4.98 (accurately displayed on AirNav.Com) and kept the plane for two nights (free with top off). Facilities are nice and runway and apron are in great shape. Good job Lakeway Airport I'll be back!

This is a great "off the beaten path" airport in the hill country of Austin. The resort van will pick you up and take you to the restaurant's front door. You will have a great view of Lake Travis while you dine. The approach/departures are very scenic and fun. As noted, no ops. Between SS-SR and don't even cut it close. A great getaway for the day or weekend.

Advertised fuel on AirNav $3.99 - actual price $4.29 - false advertising, FBO needs to be more vigilant about notifying AirNav when they increase price.

I landed for a fuel stop en route to Big Bend Ranch State Park. Airport in great shape and people around there are very friendly. Fuel was cheap at 3.99 a gallon.

Stopped in and everything was in great shape. SS Fuel was as advertised.

Stay away from this airport. Too many restrictions on nighttime operation. It's up to a 2, 000 dollar fine if you takeoff or land on what they call GPS sunset and sunrise. If doing business in the Austin area go to KAUS you will be a whole lot better off. I've never had this kind of problem at any airport but this was my first and last airpark I will visit. It should just be a private strip for home owners only.

Thank God for Lakeway Airport (and the fact they let the public use it). I was flying in for a family event plus three days of business. Bergstrom Airport does not want you (very high tie down fees). Georgetown is a great airport but you are still 30+ miles from Austin. Lakeway is very well maintained with good fuel prices. They only charge $10 a day and you get two free nights with a fuel purchase. Thanks Lakeway.

I always enjoy seeing my pals that live along the runway at Lakeway. Good fuel stop on the way back to KAUS. Don't land after dark!
