Stopped in early Aug after Oshkosh. I called ahead to get permission to camp & Cheryl was awesome and told me they had plenty of room and would have no problem with us pitching a tent. When I landed Mike was in the office and gave us advice on the area we could park/camp. Mike was awesome and let us watch TV, use the WIFI and the bathrooms in the office. I had landed with a bad MP line and Mike let me use his truck to run to the store, and get a hold of the local mechanic to fabricate a new MP line. Miles, the mechanic came in on a Sunday to help me and was even kind enough to loan me his truck. Thanks Miles. Another great thing about this strip is they have a Cafe on the field and the food is amazing, when you're done you can go get ice cream at the ice cream stand. Mike and Cheryl showed us the whole place and it was awesome. This is a true grass roots strip and I hope the kind of service & hospitality they provide never goes away. Thank you Mike, Cheryl, and Miles!
