Nice, clean facility. But BRING YOUR OWN ROPES! They have a lousy multi-aircraft "cable" system of tiedowns that will allow your airplane to MOVE in windstorms! Their old ropes broke and I found my airplane almost into an adjacent one! (Make certain to chock your aircraft, also.) FBO kindly lent us their crew car when we stayed at local B&B. Great Deal!

Landing Runway 27 is uphill, takeoff Runway 9 downhill. With South Wind it can be bumpy arrival, I try to touch down at Tree Line on South Side, makes landing easier if you don't need full length

A note on transportation at Mountain View: There is a courtesy car. Check in with the airport manager about using it. For a small town of 2800 people, the many guest rooms are full many weekends!

We had a great fuel stop in Mountain View. Very helpful FBO. It is an easy in and out for a quick pit stop.
