Much nicer and cheaper than Wilmington. I found the owner who told me there were no tie-down fees and he didn't have gas because he wasn't going to charge the amount the gas company wanted. I consider that service, too, because he would have needed to charge about $7 a gallon. I had enough gas so there wasn't an issue. I gave him some money for my stay, about what I figured I would have given him if I were to buy gas. They had pizza for Friday lunch, too. Low key place with service available if needed. My kind of place.
