Jim, Louise and all the staff at Oxford are first rate. They understand customer service and how important it is to give good care and attention to our aircraft, no matter how old or what condition. They see issues from the perspective of the owner. I was overjoyed with the result of their craftsmanship and their attention to detail.

I trusted Jim and Oxford Aviation to do our interior the way they said he would and for the pricing that he quoted... Was I wrong. Not only were we charged for things we did not approve or know about, the mechanics broke Avionics and completely botched the rather simple installation of Nu-Lite instrument panel lighting. When I brought all this to Jim's attention, no response... Zero. NEVER AGAIN.

Pleased to be first to provide comment for Oxford Aviation at 81B...It's a greater pleasure to recognize and thank the wonderful folks at Oxford Aviation for a warm welcome and hospitality extended to my family as we visited nearby Hebron Academy flying our Seneca in on Nov.12, 2011. Although their fuel equipment was down, Aaron gave us advance notice of this and suggested an alternate airport to refuel; Andrea arranged a rental car on-site and Debbie met us on Saturday with the car keys...All this for gratis! They know how to take care of their customers and I hope their boss sees this. We're happy to recommend them if you're touring the area or thinking about refurbishing your air chariot...I know I will consider Oxford Aviation when the Seneca needs upgrading...If they can get us in between the Citations and all kinds of other aircraft they do!
