I've been into some strange VFR approaches to airports before but you have to do this one. Was it neat. Anyway after landing the Ferguson’s where very helpful in getting us over to the Navy Museum and back. Great folks...

Rented a friend's airplane from Ferguson and Jennifer treated us like kings. She was helpful, resourceful, sweet and eager to earn and keep our business. She assisted with pulling the aircraft out of the hangar, making sure fueling went smoothly and putting the aircraft back in the hangar at the end of the flight. FIRST CLASS all the way and lots of southern hospitality!

As a Pilots' n Paws' pilot, I arrived on Friday, March 25 at mid-day, to pick up a dog and could not have asked for better service. The self-service pumps are very well cared for, as was the whole place. The FBO building was clean and neat, and the Ferguson family was friendly and helpful. As others have said, study the special flight patterns and altitudes for this airport. The web site does an excellent job of describing what you need to know. This is a jewel near the Perdido Bay!

Best $100 hamburger ever! Browsed their insightful website to study up the unique airspace rules, & called in advance to confirm with Jennifer who gave us a very friendly invite! Fueled up at very cared-for pumps & very reasonable prices. From the start the relaxed atmosphere & friendly folks made us feel at home at this wonderful airport that they take obvious pride in! Jennifer gladly rode us over to the museum and gave us plenty of interesting info along the way, & her dad picked us up later and gave us even more info, what a treat! Then Mr. Ferguson gave us a tour of their history-filled facility before we departed, & invited us back ASAP...GREAT folks!! They never asked for anything for all of that amazing help, but a pilot would be remiss to not tip them for their time, car-gas, & caring. Already reaching AirNav's limit so won't carry on about the museum & restaurant though it deserves serious accolades as well...Stunningly AMAZING! See y'all again soon, & thanks for everything!!

First time to FL. The Ferguson’s will help you and take care of you during time of trouble even in the dark! Jennifer got us connected with family. SS fuel station works great. PNS controllers even gave us direct 7000 ft ASR letdown thru clouds. Super people and awesome service...Cant say more except to stop/refuel here!

Wow, the fuel challenges are over! I don't think they were ever bad. Flew the King Air in for some maintenance and now there is JET-A available. This airport is an incredible training airport and has a great location. The folks on site could not be any nicer. Call ahead if you have any concerns or questions and Dee or Don or Jennifer or Tim or Dylan will help. This airport is what flying to small FBO's is all about. Great flying, super people, awesome service and people that care. Thanks Ferguson Field Family for taking care of us wayward pilots.

On the way back home from Sun 'N Fun, we stopped in at Ferguson to see the Naval Aviation museum. We quickly fueled up, Jennifer lent us a car, and we were shortly at the museum. Which is awesome by the way. Right there with National Air & Space, Air Force Museum in Dayton, RAF Museum in London, and Museum of Flight in Seattle. Ferguson's a nice airport. Check their webpage for instructions going in; lot of airspace around there.

Flew in for a month long visit. Jennifer obliged me with a 1-month hangar lease (THANKS!). Overall it's a pretty nice airport. My only issue is fueling. After it rains, the grass is very soft. I dug three distinct trenches in the grass getting to the fuel truck to top off. There's no way around it. One has to taxi through the grass to get to either the fuel truck or the hangers. They wouldn't bring the fuel truck to the hangar since they were worried about the truck getting stuck. Apart from the fueling difficulties, it's a great little airport with very friendly folks behind the counter.

Flew into Ferguson for the first time the other day. Scouting mission for a group fly-in to go to the Navy Museum. Jennifer was very friendly and helped us with transportation for our group. The runway was in great shape. No problems at all. Looking forward to coming back with the whole gang. Thanks.

Outstanding airport. Great folks. Runway is in good shape. No taxiways, just taxi on the grass. We pulled off abeam the gas pump and had no problem in the Mooney 201. Would have liked to see some markings about where to taxi, as we figured the grass might be soft. Jennifer was very nice and gave us a ride to the Navy base.
