Very nice field, and one of the few in the area with a N-S orientation if you wish to practice X-W landings in an area where the wind is usually out of the west. Mr. Deck is as nice a gentleman as you will ever find owning and operating an airport. I needed a quart of oil and did not have the exact amount - he told me to just take it and come back and pay him! (I mailed $$$ back to him ASAP) Excellent service - Thanks Mr. Deck!

Deck is a nice old-time airport out in the country. They are getting new 100 and Jet A tanks and automatic billing for 24 hour service by May 1. The fueling spot is a little tight if other aircraft are around although the airport owner has a nifty tractor for moving aircraft. There is no food available.

Fuel is $3.76... Used their courtesy car several times in recent months. Really nice folks to talk to.

New turn button at north end of runway 01. A very pleasant airport to visit.
