Price on AirNav was shown as current as of three days ago at $3.70. Fellow came out to advise me that the price was wrong and he did not know why it was not corrected...Some kind of mess-up. As I was told the price was $3.99. Since correcting the price on AirNav is easy, I did not comprehend why it was not changed since they knew of the error. Well, I was there and needed fuel to continue the flight so I filled up. Did not look at the receipt until in the air and then saw I was charged $4.50. I've come here numerous times over the last 7 years but I won't trust them anymore.
Response from Dodgen Aircraft
The Hastings Airport received a fuel load the afternoon July 20th which raised the price to $4.49/gal. The updated price was immediately submitted to Airnav, and several times per day thereafter. The correct price was not reflected on AirNav until 7/25. Apologies to all for the resulting misunderstanding.
