New pilots lounge and card lock for the gas so nice place to stop for fuel but on the weekends it's pretty quiet. Limited or no options for food so don't stop there expecting a nice meal. Watch for crop duster traffic.

This place is what most airports used to be like. No big fences or wake turbulence, just a couple of labs to greet you when you land. And if no one is around, you just pump your gas and leave a check. Thanks for helping make flying fun again!

Drop into 9S9 for a couple of hours to due business in nearby Heppner. Pilot lounge and overall facilities are excellent. Great place to stop for a quick turn. Fuel is $3.25 a gal. Self-serve. Just record what you've pumped and leave your check made out to GAR Aviation. What could be easier?

All is as in the previous post. I fueled and left my check pinned to the bulletin board in the FBO building. Nice place to stop, have your picnic lunch under a shade tree and enjoy the quiet country atmosphere. The key here is that you bring your own lunch :-)
