On October 9, 2013, I had the privilege to fly an Angel Flight, with Morris as the handoff point for my passenger. The facilities are excellent and it's on the fringe of the busy Chicago airspace. The staff gave me a discount on fuel because of the Angel Flight. I'd highly recommend stopping at Morris. You'll be glad you did.

Morris is what all GA airports should be, well kept, active with a helpful/nice staff. We were arriving late, "no problem, I will leave the key in the car for you". How can you get better?

Coming from the Northeast (New Jersey) I was not expecting the friendliness and accommodations of this small town airport. After an aborted flight from Chicago to Daytona Beach, Morris Airport was literally an oasis in a windy and freezing landscape. Cliff and Will put up with my haunting their office/livingroom and using the courtesy car The plane was tucked away in a warm hangar and we were able to complete the delivery in 1-day
