I have flown in here three times in the past few months. The people are real nice. The airport manager even allowed me to keep my plane tied down here for three nights at no charge! He said I didn't even have to buy fuel. But, of course I did get a top off. It was the least I could do for the excellent service.

Received prompt and professional service on a recent stop during regular business hours. The 100LL fuel pump is operational, but the associated credit card reader is inoperative. This means that fuel is only available while the airport is attended or on a call-out basis after hours. I was told by Canandaigua Air Center that the credit card reader will not be replaced in the near future. Jet A fuel remains available via fuel truck on the same basis.

I won't call myself a happy customer of Canandaigua due to its high fuel price, but this is a good airport to stop if visiting southeast suburb of Rochester such as Pittsford, provided that you have someone to pick you up. I stop there when I go visit kinship in the area. The airport is clean, well maintained with very nice ramp area. It's far cheaper than landing at ROC. If anyone doesn't like the fuel price they can simply tanker their fuel from nearby airports.
