I had to divert to North Palm Beach on my long cross country solo for my commercial. Though I've been a private pilot for a year, this was my first major trip, and first major solo trip, so I was flustered with the weather. I diverted to an airport I had never heard of and had no diagrams or anything. I didn't know where to go. When I finally parked the plane and tied it down, the people inside were the friendliest people I could ask for! I parked in the wrong place, so they towed my plane to the right place and tied it down for me. They were friendly enough to give my father, who lives in West Palm Beach, directions on my cell phone. For such an un-fun experience I was going through, the people at Landmark were MORE than helpful and I will always be grateful. :-)

Flew into North Palm to take care of some business in West Palm. I had called in advance and they had a loaner car waiting for me. Fuel was over a dollar a gallon more than where I was staying in FL. Topped off anyway, because I appreciated the car and the service.

Very good service, rental car waiting out front from Hertz as requested. Fuel price as advertised, however I was given $0.50 discount even though it was Monday when I asked for it. Effective price was 5.95 per gallon rather than 6.46. Airplane was filled up, towed, tied down promptly. Overall, great service, reasonable price.

Spent a week in South Florida with my family and C310. We came in and out of F45 several times and the folks at Landmark were great. The day we left, we forgot our camera in our rental car. Everyone went out of their way to track us down and even mailed our camera back to us overnight! Thanks George and Landmark!

Nice FBO. I've stopped in twice in the last 3 months in my single Comanche, and I highly recommend them if you have business nearby. Tie-down is only $8/night, the flight planning PC is good, and the staff couldn't be any more friendly or responsive. Gas is expensive here (ask for the $0.50 AOPA discount before fueling), but real estate in Palm Beach County is expensive (and the FBO must turn a profit or they'll go Tango Uniform). I stop at OBE for cheap fuel and then park the plane here.

Nice experience. We flew our Citation in around 1:30am and the lineman had both our passenger's vehicle and the crew car gassed and ready to go. We are a stickler for proper procedures and this lineman properly utilized the recommended hand signals outlined in AIM 4-3-25 Hand Signals (including lighted wands). This was especially helpful since the temp/hum was 20/18 and it was difficult taxing amongst the dozens of light aircraft parked on the apron.

Landed just after dark, they had my rental reservation from Enterprise and had my car on the ramp waiting, helped with luggage and were overall courteous. Tie down was $8/ day plus tax, and that was all I was charged for, I did not take on fuel, flew up to KOBE and saved more than $60 on the fill up. If the fuel prices were more in line, this would be a great stop, however.... OVERALL GRADE: B

Flew into F45 from KPIE on 8/2/06 in a C-172. Not the first time into this airport, so we knew what to expect. No one came out to greet us or help us with all the survey gear we had, but the rental car was waiting for us which is always a plus. We weren't really looking for anybody to help us anyway. We stayed overnight and they waived the tiedown fee 'cause we topped the aircraft off with their high-priced 100LL. The counter people were friendly enough though, so no complaints here.

Friendly service although after landing my Piper Colt and entering Landmark Aviation FBO to use the restroom facility was told to register and pay a landing fee, not a tie down fee but a landing fee. Unfair. Will not enter the FBO in the future until the "landing fee is waived", on principle.

Sky-high fuel prices, but good service - rental car was brought onto the ramp as I unloaded the plane. About 50 cent discount on the weekends for fuel - at that price still a dollar a gallon higher than OBE 40 miles NW.
