Prompt parking instructions and marshalling, immediate fuel truck even without asking for a quick-turn, Hertz car waiting and running, great AirBoss fuel discount, beautiful facility, and friendly service. Thanks for taking care of me yesterday!

Arrived at Yingling the evening of Nov. 6th. Returned to the FBO the next morning. Nasty weather and a bum DG kept me on the ground for the day. Steve and the crew treated my wife and I as if we had arrived in a G IV. Second day still had me weather grounded, again Steve and the crew gave us the red carpet treatment. They arranged for a rental car and directions for a day of sight seeing. Third day was clear but the plane was iced up, they pulled it into a hangar and cleaned it off then sent me on my way. For a big FBO to treat a single engine like the big boys is the way to do it. Thanks to Steve & crew!!!

Clearly superior customer service. Excellent line service! David Kelly, Line service guy was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Even a follow up call the day after I left to ensure I was satisfied. Self-serve fuel is easy and convenient. Line guy helped with our bags, and gave us a ride to the hotel. Whenever I visit Wichita, I'll be using Yingling.

Fuel price per gallon posted on SS pump was several cents lower than the actual charge per the receipt. Gal at the desk didn't seem interested in correcting the discrepancy. Enterprise rent car was there and ready to go--when returned just hand the keys to Yingling--no paperwork or bill. Won't know charges until Enterprise bills you.

Yingling very GA friendly! Great visit, airplane carefully marshaled in which was very helpful on such a busy ramp. Staff really nice. Wonderful facility, and got me a great deal on hotel across street. $7.00 tie down fee even though I purchased fuel.

Landed in Bonanza and lineman was super friendly and helpful. Loaded bags and drove us to local Hilton 1 mile away without needed to visit front desk. Took my fuel order in the car and plane was ready in the morning. They also happily picked up at Hilton for departure. Great service.

Parked me directly in front of the doors upon arrival, had the hotel room reserved for me, and shuttled me over. The next day they pulled the plane up to the doors when I was ready to depart. Overnight tiedown fee was $7.

Great service from Yingling: hangar, fuel, crew car, plus a look at Skycatchers being unloaded from their freight containers and assembled. And even though Yingling has far bigger customers, I was thanked for my business and told that Wichita appreciates my visit.

Tied my Baron down for four days while at Flight Safety. No fees whatsoever. Bought Courtesy Full Service Fuel in appreciation. I've been using them while attending Flight Safety since the early 80's. Superb service. Probably why they have been in business so long.

Excellent service, prompt refuelling, beautiful facility. Even let me use a crew car for a lunch meeting even though I was in a Cessna 172. Thanks for your assistance!!

There's nothing more to say. This is consistently voted the number one FBO in the country and there's a good reason why. We taxied in at 9pm and two linemen came jogging out. They marshaled us (a piston single) to the spot right in front of the door. This was appreciated by the two little boys on board who needed the restrooms. The woman at the desk was very helpful with hotel suggestions, going through the book with my wife while I dealt with the plane. They ran us over in their van. In the morning the plane was fueled and as close to the door as it could get without blocking an arriving plane. Added bonus: a hangar full of Skycatchers being assembled. If we are within range, we will always stop at Yingling.

Flew in on 6/2/10 for a Cessna/Columbia/Corvalis fly in. Service was excellent, Thomas Reardon and his gang. Fuel price was great because of the fly-in. Hangar price was right in line with others. Line manager was great, a 30 year employee, Dennis Simmons! Thanks guys and gals!

I visit a friend there for the day about once a year. This FBO is very friendly and wonderful facilities. They are also quite close to self serve, if you're interested. It's hard to find this sort of accommodation at the larger airports.

Very friendly service on my last 4-day visit. Hangar rate of $120 for C421 is a little high, but offset by the generous availability of a crew car. If you have a C425 or trailing link 421 (especially with a beacon on top of the vertical fin), do not permit yourself to be hangared in #2 (next to the FBO lobby). My beacon grazed the drop ceiling when being pulled out - no damage, but a bad setup.

Left our TBM N396AW there three nights last week. Very nice experience. Prices reasonable, service excellent. After arriving late in the evening and being greeted by our line service person, he escorted us to our waiting rental car, carried our entire luggage, then repeatedly refused even a small gratuity, saying that he was paid to help and did not want anything "extra" from us. I am embarrassed that I do not remember his name so I could give him a personal recommendation. Yingling was a truly first rate experience.

Unexpected stop on return flight to KAPA due to unexpected/not predicted weather. The line folks and the office folks (Mr. Reardon) were superb. Fueled the plane, put it into a heated hangar, got us a hotel room at the Hilton (on field) and gave us a crew car for the evening. Preflight in the hangar the next morning. Great service. Thanks

We arrived in our Cessna 182 on Sunday in the midst of a nasty ice storm. We were greeted by linemen who ushered us quickly into the office. There, the young lady on duty arranged for lodging at the Hilton and provided a courtesy car. When it became clear that our trip home to Colorado from the Bahamas could not continue due to weather on Monday and Tuesday I asked folks to look into a minor electrical problem for me. Chris Short and one of your mechanics, Jonathan, solved the problem fairly quickly, without an expensive fix. When we were finally able to resume our flight on Wednesday, the guys had kept our plane in the hangar where we were able to load it comfortably out of the wind and cold. These folks know the meaning of service! And the tab was surprisingly low for a large airport FBO!

Maybe it was an off day at Yingling...We brought in a Citation V for fuel turnaround. TV wasn't working and nobody knew how to fix/tune it. Minimum amount of effort from the front desk. Plus the cookie plate was nothing but crumbs; that's just mean! We felt like they took our purchase of 450 gal of JP for granted.
