Riverside is a Lil Ole magical airport. I bump into "Clay Lacy" who also dropped in for some fuel. During some hangar talk we helped Charles Chauncy move his gyrocopter who's a crew member on "Fifi". I slipped a twin in an overnight planeport for 3 nights and the owner waved the charges after we topped the tanks and $7 to service our right engine prop accumulator with nitrogen. Much better prices than the $50 overnight charges at "Yingling" at (KICT). Every now and then watch for rookie pilots and students that come over from (KICT) thinking they own the sky.

The owner doesn't like people to back taxi. If you are taking off to the north you have to back taxi to use the entire runway. The facility is in very poor condition and the services if you can call them that are poor at best. Would not recommend this place and will not return. You are better off landing on a country road and getting services from a local farmer.
