During our two-day stay at Ardmore I received outstanding service from Lakeland. When I arrived in my Mooney, Wesley was waiting for us with our rent car. Bill gave us a special deal for hangar space and 45V was wheeled away into the hangar safe from the Oklahoma weather. When we left Gerald had the Mooney ready for us, all fueled up and all the paperwork for the rent car when we got to the airport. I was treated like I bought enough fuel to fill up a King Air instead of a Mooney. Bill and his crew can be mighty proud of their old-time outstanding service at Lakeland Aviation. Great service and reasonable prices from this FBO. Handled the rent car and fuel order without error and even more importantly, they did it with a smile and made me feel like they genuinely wanted my business. Nice pilot lounge and restrooms. All around, I give it an A+ for an FBO at an airport of this size. I will definitely go back there.

Got socked in, IN Ardmore for 6 hours. Line Staff very helpful and courteous given the situation. I often fly to KADM for the Blue Pig BBQ and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

Nice FBO with good service. They had the rental car waiting for us when we arrived and took good care of us. Most important, they acted like they were glad we were there.

Flew in Friday for lunch did not need fuel, the lineman was there to park us right in front of the terminal. Had a great lunch at the Blue Pig BBQ (really good). Purchased some items from the pilot shop in the FBO, great service, very good experience all round. Will definitely be back.

Disappointing overall. FBO owner not interested in taking the time or energy to update AirNav information so users can do research ahead of time. Owner unwilling to provide bulk discount for 200+ gal purchase. I will go somewhere else next time that is interested in working with the customer and making our pre-trip planning easier.

I hate having any customer unhappy, however I tried to explain to Mr. Kwasny that AirNav updates are provided by pilots like himself. He did tell us that if we did not give him the discount he wanted he would post unkind comments here. Even though he tried to cause a scene in the FBO demanding to speak to the owner and was rude to my lineman we treated him with respect. I hope he will come back, but he must not equate good service with being able to set the price he will pay for fuel.

I called today and spoke to Bill of Lakeland Aviation to ensure hangar space for my trip next week. Bill was friendly, informative, and took the time (he was busy) to ensure I had all my questions answered. I can't wait to fly out there next week and meet this man. Exactly the type of service needed in the General Aviation industry!

Very nice, clean facility. Real friendly tower and FBO. The restaurant was open but I was in a hurry so got a sandwich to go. It was good and I'm sure I'll be back for a full meal sometime.

I went there on my first solo cross-country. Bill was a very nice man and he even signed my log book (tradition)! Their facility is very nice and cozy and you can tell it's not too old. The taxiways were a little rough but not too bad. Beware runway 17/35 has been closed for a while now.

Spent a nember of days training aerobatics at Ardmore. Bill, the manager could not have been more accommodating! The greatest stop around, new facility with wi fi, and great prices on fuel.
