Great service! May be the smaller FBO at Addison, but they make up for it with a helpful approach. Fuel purchase waived the ramp fees and they gave us a ride to and from our hotel.

As a result of the exemplary customer service offered by Landmark I return as often as I can. The staff at Landmark-Addison is phenomenal and cannot be matched. On numerous occasions these guys have far exceeded my expectations in customer service. Chris and Bruce referred me to Bill Fritsch at Metroplex for a prop seal leak several months ago. As a result of the great service I received from Bill at Metroplex I now fly to Addison for annuals and my fellow pilots are migrating to Addison for their service as well. Keep up the GREAT work Addison! It’s people like Landmark and Metroplex that keep you moving forward.

Visited Dallas last week for a meeting. On landing, had alternator failure in our Meridian. The staff at Landmark couldn't possibly have been more helpful and assisted us in getting Aero Restoration's repair team to fix our aircraft. Thanks to all for your help!!!

My colleague has an airplane based here and I fly a piston here on a regular basis. The crew is the best, lots of desk help, services, facilities, ice, paper, water--whatever we ask for, we get. Prices are high as are the other FBOs nearby but the location and service is great for us. If you have any maintenance issues, they will call Bill at Metroplex who came over immediately to service our tires. The line guys know their stuff and have good knowledge of aircraft, safety procedures and handling. These are career folks who take pride in their job. I highly recommend Landmark at Addison.

Terrific experience on a short afternoon visit in Cirrus to Addison. They lent us the crew car for a few hours, and weren't going to charge a ramp fee, even if I hadn't bought fuel (I did). Very helpful lineman, very nice CSR at the desk. I'll sure go back to them next time I go to KADS.

Excellent experience. All went out of their way to be helpful, despite being able to only buy 40 gallons of avgas.

Had a great experience (again) at this FBO. They are responsive and friendly. Limo was pulled up to the plane and they were ready for everything. Frankly, I don't like coming to ADS because of the fuel prices, but I do go when it's the most convenient according to my destination in the DFW area - and I always go to Landmark.

Not as big or fancy as other FBOs on the field, but clean and modern. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Prices are relatively reasonable. Handling charges are waived with 12 gal fuel purchase for a light twin. Fuel prices are crazy high, but it's 20 cents lower than the other two FBO's on the field. Handling charge was also double at the other place (they wanted 60 bucks unless I purchased 30 gallons at $7.02!) If you have to go to ADS and care about money, this is the most reasonable place. Thanks for having some pity on us poor piston guys.

We planned a round trip to deliver a passenger to Dallas. Enroute we had electrical issues and needed help connecting with a local shop for repairs. Landmark's line team gave us a recommendation to call Bill at Metroplex Aircraft Inspection. It was after hours but Bill called us back and agreed to take a look first thing Saturday morning. We made the best of it, had a feast at Fogo De Chao down the road Friday night, spent the night and headed home that afternoon with a working Bonanza. Landmark waived our fees and was exceedingly kind, helpful, and gracious. I would go out of my way to patronize this fabulous FBO. Thank you Landmark Team.

I just want to say Landmark at Addison did a great job and was very helpful and professional...Jeff, the line guy, did an outstanding job of getting us all squared away when we arrived and departed 4 days later...Margaret was also very helpful checking out. This was a much different attitude/tone than I had experienced at other Landmark FBO's. I would definitely recommend Landmark Addison..

We stopped by recently to pick up an Angel/Grace Flight patient. Margaret refused to take payment for ramp fee and said that any stop <2 hrs does NOT get a ramp fee charged. While ALL FUEL IS EXPENSIVE AT KADS, Landmark had the cheapest and gave us a $0.50/gal discount. I had called in advance and they monitored ATC and were actually waiting for us with the red carpet and all. Great job and made a small piston driver feel special. Lineman Chris was also top notch and super nice guy. Nice facilities too! Wish the wx room were a little better though, although I didn't need it on this trip.

I just want to say thanks to the staff at Landmark. Yesterday evening I dropped in to pick up some family members in the P-Baron and didn't have time for fuel. There is no ramp fee (<2 hrs) but the service on the ramp was most excellent. They carried bags, rolled out the red carpet, etc. Next time I hope to have a little more time to get fuel. With respect to fuel prices... Fuel is high everywhere at KADS, but Landmark seems to try the hardest to be competitive and their staff is second to none!

Landmark personnel are wonderful BUT: 1. The price of fuel on the airport is unconscionable!! 10 miles away it is almost 1/2 price. 2. The cost of overnight at $30.00 (discounted) is also unconscionable. This is the highest I have EVER paid anywhere in the country, Mexico, or Central America!! WOW. My motel room was only a little higher!!

I arrived at Addison on Monday to pick up a twin for a client. It turned out that there were some equipment problems, so I ended up using Landmark as "home base" for three days while my client's mechanic resolved the issues. The Landmark staff was outstanding, providing a great rate for a hotel, a courtesy car when I needed one, and a rental car on short notice. The pilot lounge is well equipped with wireless Internet and a network printer, plus the usual TV and chairs. Great place to stop.

This is a terrific FBO...Got to be one of the friendliest and most helpful group of staffers on the planet. We call ahead to let them know we are coming, but they watch Flite Aware like a hawk anyway. When we roll in, they are waiting and it's on a first name basis. Great place to tie down.

Have flown to Addison about 11 times in the past 6 months, from base at Conroe. Usual timings would make our arrival at 12 am, and departure to CXO at 2 or 2:30. Despite a regular closing time of 1 am, the entire staff would be waiting until we left. Top notch service, red carpet on arrival, water bottles, courtesy car arranged by phone call the evening we were supposed to fly. Time not limited at night because no other customers; we ended up keeping it for 2 hours. And unlike Million Air, no $100 fees for being 5 minutes late! Lots of restaurants nearby, including 3 Indian. Staff more than happy to print out directions (no GPS in car). Tricky getting back to the FBO itself, have to take left at a really un-noticeable intersection. On departure, again full and attentive services. Offered newspapers and magazines to take with us. Coffee/soft drink/popcorn machine. Great pilot lounge. Huge and well appointed bathroom. Bruce (lineman) is really great. Great service, fuel price discount, no parking fees.

Line guys Bruce and Forest were top shelf, very helpful, and great guys! Usually the "high fuel price" FBO's like this are also happy, willing, and able to offer a nearby ride, but when I called a few days in advance to secure a five minute hop over to the Marriott, I was told that they "probably couldn't due to limited staff on hand at the time I was arriving, "...And I was arriving at 2PM on a Friday!

I can't add much to the commentary on the superb service at Landmark Addison, except to say this: when I came back for the plane, everyone knew my name as I walked in the door. Even the line staff was professional and familiar with my concern as a pilot.

We arrived Saturday evening in our Beech Musketeer Super III. We were staying overnight and departing the next evening. The service was outstanding. The line crew was waiting on the ramp when we pulled up, red carpet and all. There was no 'landing fee' and the 'parking fee' of $15.00 was waived because we purchased fuel. Upon departure, they provided us with 3 bags of ice for our 'air conditioner' at no extra charge. All in all, a very positive experience and would definitely use their facility the next time that I land at ADS.

Beware the ramp fees! Now that the Landmark name is on the sign they went from a night free hangar to one night free ramp fee and $75 per night thereafter for a King Air. Too steep for my budget in spite of their helpful and courteous staff.
