Have flown to Addison about 11 times in the past 6 months, from base at Conroe. Usual timings would make our arrival at 12 am, and departure to CXO at 2 or 2:30. Despite a regular closing time of 1 am, the entire staff would be waiting until we left. Top notch service, red carpet on arrival, water bottles, courtesy car arranged by phone call the evening we were supposed to fly. Time not limited at night because no other customers; we ended up keeping it for 2 hours. And unlike Million Air, no $100 fees for being 5 minutes late! Lots of restaurants nearby, including 3 Indian. Staff more than happy to print out directions (no GPS in car). Tricky getting back to the FBO itself, have to take left at a really un-noticeable intersection. On departure, again full and attentive services. Offered newspapers and magazines to take with us. Coffee/soft drink/popcorn machine. Great pilot lounge. Huge and well appointed bathroom. Bruce (lineman) is really great. Great service, fuel price discount, no parking fees.

Line guys Bruce and Forest were top shelf, very helpful, and great guys! Usually the "high fuel price" FBO's like this are also happy, willing, and able to offer a nearby ride, but when I called a few days in advance to secure a five minute hop over to the Marriott, I was told that they "probably couldn't due to limited staff on hand at the time I was arriving, "...And I was arriving at 2PM on a Friday!

I can't add much to the commentary on the superb service at Landmark Addison, except to say this: when I came back for the plane, everyone knew my name as I walked in the door. Even the line staff was professional and familiar with my concern as a pilot.

We arrived Saturday evening in our Beech Musketeer Super III. We were staying overnight and departing the next evening. The service was outstanding. The line crew was waiting on the ramp when we pulled up, red carpet and all. There was no 'landing fee' and the 'parking fee' of $15.00 was waived because we purchased fuel. Upon departure, they provided us with 3 bags of ice for our 'air conditioner' at no extra charge. All in all, a very positive experience and would definitely use their facility the next time that I land at ADS.

Beware the ramp fees! Now that the Landmark name is on the sign they went from a night free hangar to one night free ramp fee and $75 per night thereafter for a King Air. Too steep for my budget in spite of their helpful and courteous staff.

After flying 7 hours, I stopped at ADS and went to Landmark upon other recommendations from AirNav. I was not disappointed. While not heavily staffed, the guys were great. Rental car was ready and waiting. Good attitude by all. It will be my stop the next time I am there.

Two excellent stops at Landmark in the last two months. Everyone there has been great. They'll have the rental pulled up before you ever exit the plane. Most recently I told them I possibly might turn a one-night stay into two. The next day, they took the initiative to call me to confirm...Then took care of extending my rental reservations. Will continue to use Landmark at ADS.

I have made serveral stops at Encore, now Landmark, it is my only place to visit. You just can't find people as nice and caring about your needs. They know my daughters by name when they come to pick me up.

Great experience! Made an arrival reservation and they took care of everything - rental car, directions and tiedown of the airplane. Two linemen met the plane as I taxied in - then they brought the rental car up and helped me load/unload my stuff. Same treatment on departure. Landmark is a customer service-oriented business, and I will always come here on my way through ADS.

I flew into Addison early one morning for a convention at a Plano hotel. The lineman was on another call when I taxied up to the FBO. I was extremely impressed that a lady from inside came out and brought chocks for my plane. She then got me set up with my rental car. Oh and did I forget to mention this lady has to use a walker to help her get around. That is what I call service even though she is probably the least mobile crewmember. This will not be my last time to visit Landmark. Good job!

Echo everything said here. First rate service from line and office staff alike. A single engine Commander driver is treated just like a guy with a G-5. I had a rental car arranged, but they figured out that where I was going was only a few blocks away and insisted I take the courtesy car. A first-class FBO experience.

Absolutely first-rate service. They stayed past closing for my late arrival, had the car ready to go. Took care of the airplane while we were there and had it parked right out front when we arrived to depart. I really do like this FBO and will use them again when I go to ADS.

Why go anywere else at Addison? Landmark has the best fuel prices and best service hands down. We flew in saturday night (Oct 4th 08) for dinner and discovered an issue with the plane when we got out. The lineman (Bruce) and lady behind the desk (Janine) bent over backwards to help my pilot out the whole time untill we left the next day.Thanks alot, and we will definitely be back for your excellent service. Can't say enough good things about these people.

Great experience. Super nice staff. Went here because Atlantic Aviation to the north (where I used to park) now has a $40 facilities fee just to pause on their ramp for three minutes to pick up a passenger. Will be back to Landmark.

Excellent service. I had intended to check out "The Outer Marker" and called ahead to check on ramp fees and the like. I found that if I was staying for less than two hours that there would be no ramp fee. About five minutes after hanging up, the FBO called me back to let me know that the resteraunt would not open until 4PM, but that they had a crew car that would be available, even without taking on fuel. Upon my arrival, the staff provided excellent service, the crew car and directions to an excellent italian restaurant "Sweet Basil". Landmark definitely understands customer service and I will be using them anytime that I return to the field.

My niece just turned 10 and I wanted her to experience 'Princess' treatment flying into Addison. All of the personnel at Landmark treated her royally! They greeted her by name, put out the red carpet and had all aspects of our visit arranged as I had requested. I would ask for their help again anytime for anything. This was my second visit to Landmark in 5 months and both times I was treated like a king even though I had the smallest plane in sight. They took good care of my little experimental Pulsar and didn't even wince when I only took on 4 gallons before departure. Also, the lineman remembered me from the prior visit months earlier and even asked me where my buddy was. This is what customer service is all about.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, especially Chris and Margaret. Rent car was ready to go and fuel order taken care of immediately. Plane was placed in the hangar when weather was coming and then put out on the front line just prior to our departure. I was also given their 50-cent per gallon weekend discount without asking. Overall, definitely one of the best run FBO's I have been to and I will be back.

Chris Alpert and his team were very professional, thorough, and friendly too. I arrived ahead of a nasty, hail-spitting squall line (the kind that pre-empts local prime-time television for a few hours), and when I called to check on the airplane from the nearby Marriott hotel, the Landmark team said "we already put you in the hangar." And they were in the process of recovering from the adjoining hangar doors being blown off due to another rugged Texas thunderstorm the week before. Landmark provided a fair deal on an Enterprise rental car. Trickiest part is remembering how to get back to the FBO! Wish I'd double-checked before leaving...Keller Springs Road, and bear left BEFORE the toll tunnel.

Landed on a Sunday to drop off friend. Realized I didn't have Right brake pressure in my T210. No mechanics on duty, but attendant called maintenance hangar next door-they found some hydraulic fluid and lineman took me in a golf cart to get it. Filled my R brake master cylinder, and I was on my way. They went out of their way on a Sunday to help! I will be back!

We brought our King Air 200 to Encore and they could not have been nicer to us! Margaret and all the linemen were just as friendly and helpful as anyone could ask for, and we will be back whenever we go to ADS. The manager, Chris, reminded us that Encore has purchased Landmark and will retain the Landmark name, but we were assured that the service would remain the same. I flew in to Encore in my SR22 and was met at my plane with the red carpet and great service. Everyone was as helpful as they could be and they let us use one of the crew cars that had just been detailed to go grab a quick bite. I could tell that the facility was quite new, as the lady at the counter said they had been open for a little over a year. Great facility if you are looking for service and comfort. I will be back on my return visits to Addison.

We have been going to other guys on field for 12 years--Mercury, but since buyout by First Air, I have been overcharged and disappointed. These folks are great. We will use these folks from now on.

Wow ... What great service! I called Encore the day before arrival to provide an ETA and tail number. The rental car was on the ramp with the air conditioner running when we pulled in. Great marshalling service, red carpet, etc. The manager introduced himself ... Everyone was friendly ... They offered to hangar our Bonanza at no charge during our overnight stay. Best FBO I've been to in years. Located at midfield off taxiway foxtrot.

Based on the reviews on this website, gave Encore a try and wasn't disappointed. Line service was attentive and rolled out the red carpet for my wife. The lady behind the desk was very nice and had us in an immaculate courtesy car within minutes. Courtesy car is limited to two hours, which is more than enough time to get dinner at one of Addison's hundreds of restaurants or visit the Galleria. Upon return, was greeted with the bill and an offer of a newspaper of our choice to take on the flight. Absolutely superior service - this should be your stop at ADS.

I called in advance to ask about parking my Bonanza on their ramp for a few hours on a Saturday afternoon. To my surprise, they allowed me to do so without a ramp fee and without purchasing fuel. Upon arrival, their employees couldn't have been more accommodating. Great service!

I flew there in my little single engine Comanche and only bought 11 gallons of gas but they treated me like a king anyway. Incredible red carpet service. Free hangar. No tie down/ramp/overnight fee despite the small amount of gas I bought. I will absolutely go back if I need to be in that area of Dallas again. Yes the fuel is very expensive but my guess is the airport makes them pay some huge fee per gallon? Why else would someone charge in the 6's when everyone else is in the 4's?

Local meetings about a mile away make ADS very handy. Fuel is high at airports in expensive real estate areas. North Dallas is no exception. However, hospitality does not have to be the inverse function of fuel price. Tried Encore due to info on AirNav and got the "red carpet" treatment! Only took 45 minutes to get there in the M20C so didn't need fuel, wasn't worth the effort. Staff is hospitable and friendly, so much so I felt guilty not buying anything. This FBO and staff are highly recommended.

I flew in to KADS Sunday. I called ahead to rent a car for a short visit. Charlotte was nice enough to loan me a courtesy car, and even had it cooled for my trip. Encore is the best. I had to make an extended stay due to weather, ferrying my aircraft across to California. The staff and manager worked with me and took great care of my plane until I was able to finally get my plane out. I had no worries other than what I can do for them. Thanks again to all of you. We stopped over spring break and were well taken care of. My bonanza found its way into the hangar even though I only paid the ramp fee. They even took care of my wife and kids while I preflighted. When they are happy, I get to fly more...Which makes me happy. Fuel prices were steep but in line with the rest of the FBOs at ADS.

What a refreshing change for FBO service at KADS! Encore did an outstanding job in every way on our recent trip to Addison. Line crew = outstanding! Customer Service Reps = outstanding. Even put our Super King Air 350 in a hangar without being asked (at no charge) when storms came up unexpectedly. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I flew to KADS 3 times this past week from Tyler, TX. I have not been to ADS in the past year due to snobby service from the other FBO's. Went to Encore based on feedback on AirNav. Outstanding, friendly service even though I was only in a T-210. No ramp fees, hangared the first night for free, second night only $30.00. They gave me a fuel discount for being a repeat customer. I will be back!

This facility is not as big and posh as some at ADS, but the service is at least as good as any of the big FBOs and the prices are much more reasonable. The line personnel were very friendly and helpful, as was the inside staff. We were allowed the use of a very nice courtesy car. We will definitely use Encore again at Addison!

I flew into Addison (KADS) last Wednesday March 7, 2007 on business. I have not been to KADS in over 18 months and was dreading the experience because of the notoriously bad reputations of the major FBO there. Relying on the comments here at AirNav.Com I elected to use ENCORE FBO. What a terrific experience!! Normally my little Cessna 182 does not get "red carpet" treatment but it did at ENCORE. The staff is incredibly friendly, the FBO is modern, clean, and the facilities beautiful with excellent pilot and flight planning facilities. I have the good fortune to fly a lot - I can say this is one of the best FBO experiences I have ever had. It's worth a trip just to visit these folks.

I flew into ADS for the first time on 3/6/07 and out on 3/7/07. I selected Encore FBO based upon comments on AirNav. From my call the day before, to book a rent-a-car, and again from the second I opened the door of the aircraft after shutting down, I received exceptional hospitality and service. My arrival was in the morning of one day and my departure was in the afternoon of the next, so I saw different crews in action and met different staff members. Both shifts provided wonderful service and assistance. They actually put down the red carpet. I cannot recall ever being greeted more warmly and courteously at any FBO I have ever used. I simply asked for a tie-down over-night and they insisted on putting the aircraft in their hangar, without charge. I actually feel guilty that I didn't spend more money while there. I definitely got the better end of the deal. I strongly recommend Encore to any other pilot. The next time I fly to ADS I'll be sure to use them again.

Finally, Addison has an FBO that is worth visiting. The line staff was exceptional and the CSR was great!! The greatest part was that they don't charge a ramp access charge.

I reviewed the comments about the ADS FBOs and decided, after a phone call to Encore, to give them our business. Check the comments about the other FBOs and you'll see why... I called Linda the morning of our intended arrival and she gave me the info I requested. (Very nice and cheerful. That gets me almost every time.) She took my name and the N# of our AeroStar even though I wasn't sure we would make the trip this day. When we did in fact arrive later that afternoon, the line crew was waiting for us as though we were expected all long. We also got the Red Carpet treatment. They had a rental car warmed up and waiting for us and put the AeroStar in the hangar over night at NO CHARGE. I was grateful for this as the conditions were right for ice the days that we were there. The rest of the crew, line and operations, were very helpful and courteous. I will be returning to Encore on my next visit. I would give them an A+++ all around.....

Flew in on a Saturday afternoon in our Cessna 172. The flight crew was awaiting us and upon arrival promptly rolled out the red carpet (literally). The linemen drove our rental around, unloaded and loaded our luggage while we shut the plane up. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Rental prices were reasonable. Great facilities, very new. As for the staff - they were wonderful. Due to high winds they elected to hangar our aircraft, even though we requested it ramped - at no extra charge! Fuel was a little expensive, but that is Addison for you. Waived overnight fee for fuel purchase (14 gal 100LL). Was treated like a millionaire - will return and recommend.
