I've been into this location several times while flying business jets, and they've always gone the extra mile to provide outstanding service, but I'm not leaving this comment for that. I'm leaving this comment because I recently flew into ADS in a 1977 Mooney M20J and got the same great service from the folks at Million Air. These are airplane people, folks. I highly recommend this FBO no matter what you're flying. They do it right.

Not to sound like a story, but during my flights into Addison with our King Air 300 on a dark and stormy night, Ms. Felicia Lopez and the line crew of Million Air were my bright stars the evening. They assisted me with one of the fastest quick turns I've ever experienced. The customer service I received from Ms. Lopez was by far the best I've seen in many years. For that I will always return to Million Air Dallas!

Had to head to Dallas in our Debonair and let me say Million Air was awesome! The Bad: If you are going to head here, I would suggest calling rather than emailing... I think their email system goes to multiple people and my emails weren't always answered super fast (phone was great though). The GREAT: With a top off (anything over 20 gallons) in a light single you can stay with no additional fees... NONE! We were there four nights and paid (way too much) for fuel, but that was it! And with all things considered, it was a steal. Especially since it stormed while we were there and I arrived at the FBO to find our Debbie in a hangar (which we didn't ask or pay for!). GREAT SERVICE! Wife loved the bagel, they were friendly and attentive, and I would strongly recommend trying for a light single... Or twin... Or business class jet... Or...

Outstanding Service. After recently renting a car the staff went above and beyond after a schedule change required the immediate return of a rental car. Thanks Felicia! Best FBO in the country.

I have been using Million Air since the beginning of the year, terrific service each time. On our last flight we had an issue where the a/c was using a whole lot more fuel than it should (30-40% more), we filled up after we got in late that night and was pleasantly greeted by I believe his name was John. He spent extra time taking care and offered to look for fuel streaks for us to see if the tanks were leaking. Very nice guy, superb service, and for those of us based on the field not that bad of gas prices. Thanks John, Jeff Carr, and team for a great year so far.
