Price on the bulletin board was $4.80, but I was charged $5.75. City manager's office blamed the airport manager. Screen was hard to read as mentioned before. Bare bones FBO, phone did not work. Car was available but I did not use. I won't stop there again....

On 2 Jul 11 we parked for the day at this nice little airport with great facilities EXCEPT for the self-serve avgas. The screen on the card reader is so sun damaged that we found it impossible to read and only after several hit/miss tries did we get the fuel we needed. In addition, the emergency phone numbers were not helpful. Finally, the ladder is way too short to be of any use for a short legged guy with a high wing airplane. The low price on the avgas isn't of much value if one can't get the pump to work.

Runway was just paved but not yet open. No markings yet on Runways. Called ahead and was told to look it over and land at own risk. Some construction going on along edges of runways. Outline of the X at each end of 8/26 was still visible and there is a very visible X at the ends of 17/35 grass. 14/32 grass runway was only runway obvious from air to be open so landed there. Grass in need of mowing. Was told 17/35 may be permanently closed, as directly in line with the end of the runway is a building that is in the process of being converted to a juvenile facility. Gas was self serve CC $4.50 reasonable by comparison. Operator was helpful and friendly on phone though airport is unattended on weekend. Nice facilities, a better airport car than most. Tie down ropes appeared too light, bring your own. Plane was fine overnight. Well kept and neat airport

Fixed up very nice! Neat and clean. 24/7 access to clean restrooms, courtesy car and self-serve 100LL.
