What a treat!! We stopped in for the day to attend a Viking game. Excellent airport and FBO. They were on top of everything. Our new Twin Cties airport of choice!

I'm reposting because Key Air’s comments only stay up for 6 months at a time. In a nutshell: EXCELLENT in all regards. I've stopped here for fuel a number of times headed to Canada, have napped here as well a few times on the way back south, and used their conference room for a meeting once. Staff and facilities are as nice as you'll find anywhere, fuel very reasonable, and FULL SERVE. Plus, they have one of the coolest bathroom sinks I've ever seen.

I was hesitant to go in here with a piston single, their website is all shiny jets. Was I ever wrong, this is a first class, classy place that looks like a million bucks. Furthermore they treated me like I was driving a new Lear. I highly recommend Key Air.

All I can say is these guys provide the best customer service of anywhere we go. And that is saying something, as we frequent many excellent FBO's. We have been going into Key Air regularly for a little over a year now and Jenny and Jennifer are always so helpful with all of our arrangements. One phone call does it all and they handle it. The line guys are always ready, willing and able to help in any way they can. Fuel prices are reasonable and it is a beautiful facility. This FBO should win the outstanding service award! I should have been on here long ago to recommend these guys. Make it your regular stop in the Minni area. Thanks again guys for all of your outstanding service!

This FBO is a hidden gem in the greater Minneapolis area. The line guys as always quick and prompt with fuel orders and they do it with a smile on their face. The CSR's are very knowledgeable about the area and led me to some great sites to see while I was in town. The building must be newly renovated because it is nice!!!! The only thing I found suprising was the lack of traffic here. Word must not be getting out about this place.
