Bridgeford does a great job. No hassle but helpful and friendly service for my Mooney. Chain tie-downs for parking. Gets breezy so be sure you are tied down with flight controls secured. $5/night overnight fee assessed by Napa County. No discount for fuel purchase. They visibly rubber band a payment envelope to your plane. Cash or check on departure at a drop box in the county building next to Bridgeford or an additional $10 if it is mailed later. Fuel is a bit pricey. Departed south and had a good fueling experience at C83. 29 miles SSE.

This is a well run FBO. I was asked at least 5 times by different folks if I needed anything. I was OK but that left an impression with me. My only negative was the price of fuel, $1+ higher/gallon than other neighboring airports.

Considering all the other positive reviews of Bridgeford, it's tough to top any of those considering the great service we also received. Alex Peters, Amelia, and Logan all contributed to the great experience of flying into Napa and parking at Bridgeford. We had a similar experience as in Mike Glass's review, below--our rental car was at the airplane nearly seconds after Alex had chocked it. Concerned we were only going to use the rental car for a short period, they offered a crew car gratis. You'd think we arrived in a G5 jet, considering the attention and service we received. But there were only four of us in our single engine Arrow. Amelia gave us a local breakfast recommendation, along with printed driving instructions. Each Bridgeford person asked multiple times if there was anything more they could do for us. Thanks to everyone at Bridgeford for making our arrival such a fun and wonderful experience!

Wow, talk about above and beyond service! We flew in to KAPC with the plan of taking the 3 kids and 3 adults to Six Flags Marine World in Vallejo. Bridgeford promptly met us on the ramp with the car. I quickly realized that the 'full size' car I rented could only seat 4. With the rental car agency now closed, our group started brainstorming creative solutions for shuttling people to the park. Without any request on our part, Bridgeford offered to let us use the company van in lieu of the rental car. They even let us keep it overnight. What can I say??? I'm completely blown away!!! Thanks guys. Fantastic customer service.

When an FBO offers outstanding service on an everyday basis, it should be recognized, and this is the definition of Bridgeford. Our passengers' cars are always there, the line crew is always helpful and one step ahead, and very thorough. They had our mains and nose wheel chocked with big chocks, and done without asking. The staff behind the counter WANTS to help and very friendly. A lot of FBO's could take a lesson from Bridgeford.

Flew in to KAPC and used for the first time Bridgeford Flying Service. The line crew was right there to greet me when I arrived with a red carpet at the wing walk and had my plane chocked before I could get the door open. Counter help was friendly and informative and had me directions to Silverado and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Just before departing, I stopped by the self-service fuel pump and it malfunctioned. Before I could call Bridgeford for assistance the fuel truck from Bridgeford showed up fueled us up for the self-service fuel price and we were on our way. It is by far the best FBO I've experienced and they have succeeded in setting the bar extremely high. Excellent work. I highly recommended them and will be back again. Sincerely

Bridgeford is a fine and supremely pilot friendly facility. Our trips into APC are not frequent - five or so a year for the past two years and each arrival/departure has been superb. The CAN DO line crew are supported by and equally fine and competent admin staff - bend-over-backwards folks. This organization and its service is a TEN - take advantage if you can! T. K. Just a follow up that Mark the FBO owner reached out to me, to clarify the catering charges and explain it. It seems like they are working hard to bring that cost down. And Mark has gone even an extra mile to make sure I felt value for the service. Thanks Mark, and very good attitude in trying to correct an issue that is outside their control.

Good service, but never order catering it is a rip off. We had 5 boxed lunches ordered. Just ham and cheese and chips. It was 35.00 each, and the FBO surcharged a 50.00 convenience fee!!! Outrageous.

What a great FBO. We arrived on the ramp and were met by 3 reps and 2 rental cars to assist our pax. After all were on their way, Pradeep (manager) was going out of his way to assist my copilot and myself with whatever we needed. The only down side is that we come here only once or twice a year. I would love to go here on a regular basis. Thanks to the entire staff at BFS and we will be back soon.

One of my favorite FBO's. Personable and capable line and counter people even during the busiest times. Rental cars meet you at the airplane. Quick and comfortable for your pax. Sept and Oct can be very busy in wine country so plan ahead for rental cars and hotels. Bridgeford has a history of recruiting good people. Use this FBO with confidence. Long time client.

I've used Bridgeford Flying Services 3 times in the last year. It is a super FBO. Unlike some of larger chain FBO's, Bridgeford has never disappointed. They are always friendly, helpful and on-the-ball. I've never seen them understaffed either. A real pleasure going there.

Service is great!!! I recently rented an aircraft for a weekend trip to SoCal with three of my friends. Unfortunately with all the weight we could not take full fuel, but the plane was already topped off. Seeing my problem the night before the trip, lineman Tim Brett worked quickly to siphon out enough fuel to lighten the plane for me. Definitely a great plane to rent aircraft and FBO in general. Thanks Tim!

Cutter Aviation in PHX would like to commend BFS on their great service! Our jets make it out there once in a while (unfortunately), but every time we do, we love it! Line Service is extraordinary! Rented a car from Avis. They put in me Hertz. Brought car to plane. Didn't realize I was in wrong car. The office help were not helpful to get resolved! Pretty dense... Of course I was a women pilot/owner. Got gas and then got a bill for being there 9 months later saying I didn't get gas and had to pay for transient fees. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Bridgeford was great!! Lineman was friendly, competent and attentive. The crew car was being used and the crew and myself really wanted to buy some wine. Seeing our dilemma, Missy, a Bridgeford employee, offered to drive us in her personal vehicle. She took us to a great store where her son-in-law was the manager. He gave us a wonderful discount on our purchase and we were returned to the airport. Great experience!

What a great FBO. The ramp personal are friendly and helpful. The employees at the counter were super friendly. They lent us a courtesy car, and recommended several wineries and restaurants to visit. This FBO was one of the most friendly I have ever been to:)

Great folks and a great attitude but understaffed for the busy high-season weekends, especially on the line. Very tight taxiing quarters and no marshal’s available - with the kind of iron on that ramp, a misjudgment would be very expensive. But even with all the hubbub, our rent car was pulled up as we shut down.

Flew into APC Napa Airport a week ago. Bridgeford line attendant came out and met the airplane and directed us to the parking spot. The Hertz car we reserved was brought out right up to the airplane. They helped off load our luggage and put it into the rental car. Went in to counter and the personnel very attentive and helpful. Provided directions and even recommended some restaurants, although, we knew the anyway. All in all, Bridgeford does a first class job and they are to be commended for their attention to service. A most pleasant FBO to deal with.

My wife and I just flew into/out of Napa (KAPC) this past weekend in our club's Cirrus SR-20, and couldn't have been more pleased with the service and help afforded us by Bridgeford and its personnel. Hertz car waiting as reserved. Line attendant pumped the self-serve gas for us. Treated like royalty--even though the tarmac was crowded with more executive iron than I've seen at Super Bowl gatherings in San Diego (our home). (Exxon executives and insurance industry captains -- all wine tasting for the weekend, we were told.)

Flew in Wednesday after New Year's in a low overcast. Nobody met me in my Mooney but parking was pretty obvious in several rows airplanes in front of the Bridgeford building. (There is also "transient" parking to the left as you enter the ramp.) Hertz car that I had reserved in advance was waiting for me. Very quick in and out. Counter guy was friendly. No charge for my 5-hour stay.
