This is "The Best" FBO I have ever visited, John and his family gave us superb service when we needed it the most. During our descent we picked up a fairly good amount of ice, of course once on the ground and with temp at around -6 C, there was no way we would be able to get rid of the ice, John and his son Brandon, went above and beyond to get us into the hangar to pretty much de-ice the entire airplane (Hawker 700) hangar wasn't that big but they made it happen, we were extremely appreciative of their efforts and such great attitude and outstanding customer service. I would definitely suggest KATY as a good fuel stop if your business does not take you to Watertown.

This is the local airport you should go to. I had to stop and get fuel as another small nearby airport had none. After taking off I realized my alternator was bad and I had to return to KATY. John and Brenda run a top notch FBO. Super friendly, Brenda just can't be nicer and more courteous. But what most impressed me was Brandon, the A&P. He worked and ran to get a new alternator on the same day so I could get home. Just a spectacular young A&P and great guy. Honestly a wonderful family operation that much pride goes into. Really can't say enough good things about this comfortable well appointed FBO and the genuinely enjoyable family that runs it.

Fantastic FBO with a great family operation. First class in every way. Visited KATY on 09/01/2021 while visiting Watertown and the Terry Redlin museum. Fueled my airplane while away and also provided an excellent suggestion for a restaurant (restaurant has been in continuous business for more than 50 years in Watertown). Thanks to this Yost family!
