To update my previous comments: Threshold has become far more competitive in their pricing, as others have mentioned...Thanks. Also, their service is fantastic, and the self-serve pumps fill your tanks in seconds, unlike crappy automotive pumps so many places have.

Well run airport. Clean bathrooms as well as the airport grounds. City employee helped me pump my fuel at the self-serve island.

Over the last many months, this FBO has adjusted their fuel prices to be competitive with surrounding area airports. I am based at KAUN but used to fly to another airport for fuel due to the high prices. Now that is not necessary due to the fact that this FBO has been consistent with competitive fuel prices.

Stopped in on 7-30-11 for lunch and gas. Avgas was $5.19 self-serve, which currently is close to the lowest price in northern California. Fuel pumps were in good working order. Don't forget to stop by the Wings Grill for some tasty burgers.

Auburn is a fantastic airport to stop in for breakfast or lunch, and soak in a great aviation atmosphere. Unfortunately, the not-even-close-to-competitive fuel prices have many locals making the short hop to LHM or E36 for fuel.
