I have had a working relationship with Atlantic for over 5 years now, and have never had a bad experience. The line guys are fast and friendly, and the staff indoors has frequently gone out of their way for me. Highly recommended.

Stopped Thanksgiving night and was very well treated. Just a Mooney but I couldn't have had better service if I was in the MU2. A ride to the hotel on the airport even on a holiday. We couldn't take a lot of fuel but even with that we got the holiday discount. Is the fuel a little higher.. sure BUT with that you get a prompt and attentive staff, a good facility and very good service. I'll be back!

Into Atlantic once again, this time for reunion in Austin. As I have learned by experience, the entire crew at Atlantic was attentive, at their respective post and at the top of their game. Provided extended courtesy car service when the rental was late delivering my previously requested vehicle to the FBO. The folks at Atlantic consistently go out of their way to provide excellent service with a smile. Clean cool commodious facility from top to bottom!!!

I had a quick overnight visit to AUS last week and used Atlantic for fuel and parking. They arranged for my rental car to be picked up and dropped off even though I don't rent from the company that they normally use, and the service was great. I always try to use Atlantic when I travel because they're the only FBO at the "big" airport near my home base that won't hit me up for $20 to stop on their ramp for 5 minutes to drop off a passenger, and I'll continue to do so based on the good service I get every visit.

The folks at Atlantic jump through hoops for us. They are a little understaffed, so when it's busy they REALLY busy. Keep that in mind, but they do an excellent job. They are really helpful in many ways. They have saved my bacon more than once by reminding me to put the catering on the airplane. The CSR girls are very friendly and always willing to help with what ever they can.

Great service, friendly personnel. Great place to stop. Love the apples, healthy snacks for the pilots. Shows that they care.

Atlantic Aviation, Austin... Great people! On this occasion, I flew my personal airplane, a PA-32, to work (Flying a Lear) and the people at Atlantic Austin really go the extra mile. Be it a Cherokee-6 or a Lear-35, John is always is good about fuel and supervising the service. My fuel order was filled almost as soon as the prop stopped. I usually drive down from Fort Worth the night before a trip and Ivy normally makes my hotel reservations (Holiday Inn Express, also great but another page!), she always gets a room for me (Even during "City Streets") and a great rate every time. Ruby, although relatively new, is a very quick learner. She is very good about taking care of my passengers' and, our needs in getting the airplane ready for passengers. After the day's revenue flying was over, and it was time to commute, there were facilities (re: working) for printing-out a flight plan, and the crew was there to help me with my gear and get me on my way. Thank Atlantic KAUS!

Flew in a stayed two days. Enterprise rental was very good. When I departed the service was very poor. Took 45 min. to fuel aircraft. On departure no one was around even though plane was parked 50' from door. Started both jet engines with no lineman around. People unloading from an aircraft behind me walk by while I was starting. Not very good service. I will go to the new Austin Executive next time.

Second time stopping here in 6 months. I should have learned from the first time. Staff seemed to be fully attentive to the arriving jet personnel and hardly noticed we had arrived in our lowly Cirrus SR22. Identical experience both times with forgotten fuel order and my arrival for departure only to wait while they called the fuel truck. I realize my 50 gallons (at a much higher price than I paid in the Bahamas earlier in the week!) is a tiny order compared with the jets. It's clear to me Atlantic - Austin doesn't value smaller business.

Hmm, I note the competitor has fresh cookies. Pretty much an industry standard now. I like Atlantic but they need to get some cookies!!

Flew into Austin on 9/11 for the UT/WY game, parked in an awkward spot far away from building despite fairly empty ramp considering circumstances. Line and desk staff was friendly but attempted to charge us a twin ramp fee for a Saratoga then seemed surprised to learn it was a single. If your employees don't know what one of the most common singles out there is, you may not want them giving out ramp fees for aircraft type by memory.

I flew into KAUS yesterday and was immediately impressed with them. The lineman I got was hilarious, dancing around and whatnot. I already forgot his name but I will not forget him. Nonetheless, I walked in and went to pay the landing fee - I guess the price changed within a week because I called last week and was told it was $10 if I was there for less than an hour or $15 if I was there for more than an hour but I guess it is now $20 flat regardless of time there. I'm not too picky, and semi understandable since it was a game day, but still nonetheless not appreciated. I'll take a bit of fault for not telling them the exact date I was flying in though. However overall I still had a great experience, having been to two other Atlantic FBOs (KMHR and KRNO) this is by far the nicest one. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with Atlantic and you'll surely be happy whenever you go to an Atlantic FBO.

IFR wx forced us to land at KAUS instead of Austin Exec. Our experience could not have been better. Fuel was pricey but that's to be expected. Because our fill-up did not meet the minimum requirement, the lady at the desk waived the first night's fee. This FBO made our stay most enjoyable and we did not get the high bill that I was bracing for. All of the line personnel were competent, courteous, and so very helpful.

It's not cool that Austin doesn't have any more affordable airport options. Of course the fuel prices and ramp fees are going to be expensive at an international airport. I made the mistake of renting a car from the main airport terminal instead of directly through Atlantic... Huge pain in the rear, although the staff still did the best they could to take care of my self induced situation

I've rented airplanes from a flight school in Atlantic Aviation for a couple of years now. The lobby staff is ALWAYS very nice. If you're flying a Cessna 152, you can expect a 20-minute delay when asking for fuel. Line man have always been nice, except one time when I had a friend fly with me for his first time. He was new to the airport, and was taking pictures. A lineman came to us and yelled at us like if we were children. It was very unprofessional, and rude of him. I felt bad for my passenger.

Arrived at night in T210, was informed of 15 gal minimum 100LL purchase at high prices (surrounding airports much cheaper), plus high overnight fee, plus very high ramp fee. Taxied to Signature FBO - still expensive, but much more competitive.

Great service oriented FBO. I have arrived at 3pm or 3am and the quality of service is always exceptional. Well-trained line service personnel, fast and friendly customer service make Atlantic Aviation AUS the type of FBO other operators should try to mimic.

I've been a base customer with Atlantic for a few years now and would not think of keeping my airplane anywhere else. Their customer service team is top notch, no matter what you're flying, as are the facilities at KAUS. The line guys are well-trained professionals, friendly and, best of all, careful. There is not a better FBO at any of the airports in the greater Austin area.

I occasionally rent a 172 or 152 from an organization that stores their aircraft with Atlantic. I must say that the four times that I have visited the staff is less than helpful. I would go as far as to say occasionally cold and impersonal. It's a shame that this is the first encounter many have in such a wonderful city.

The reason there are not more user comments is that Atlantic Aviation used to be on AirNav and then canceled their listing. I suspect that was because their fuel prices became very high and they didn't want them seen. As a result a good bit of business went next door to Signature. Both are good FBO's, but at least now there is a small bit of competition at an otherwise very expensive airport.

I called ahead to compare FBO's when I stopped in Austin and Atlantic was more than happy to work with me on fuel requirements and overnight charges for the PC12 I fly. These guys want your business! The place is clean and looks as upper scale as any other places I visit around the country. Don't let the lack of reviews scare you off since Atlantic corporate just recognized we pilots do check places like AirNav before we pick FBO's. They only recently started advertising on AirNav. Say hello to the smiling faces of John, Brooke and Abby.
