Food was fresh and very well prepared - a good value as well. Although we arrived for lunch just before their closing time of 2 pm, they kindly let us stay and enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. Thank you for the excellent service!

I eat here as often as I can. Fly in and park 25 feet from lobby entrance. Once inside, sit in a booth looking out to the ramp and watch as a host of corporate, private and military aircraft come and go. The food is excellent and portions large. Quick service, cloth tablecloths, napkins and lots of attention. Oh, and try the Taildragger Tenderloin if you have the appetite. If you have a plane and an appetite, you should plan to visit.

Arrived at Hangar 5 at 2:15 pm on a long cross country trip back home with a very hungry 14 month old. My wife and I entered, found a hostess behind the register, and asked for a table for two and a high chair. She told us that they were closed, and had closed at 2:00 pm. I explained that we flew in, were quite hungry, and really hoped to get something to eat. The hostess understood, and said she'd get the manager to see what they could do. The manager pointed to his sign on the door, said they closed at 2:00 and we were out of luck. I asked him if we could get a sandwich or something carry out, and he said no, try the Elks Lodge down the street. I told him that we went out of our way to come to his restaurant, had checked his listing on AirNav, and had absolutely no idea that he would close so early. He stated that his hours were on AirNav and we should've known. (PS - hours weren't listed on the website) My wife and I decided to have a pizza delivered and had it in the lobby.

We fly in for breakfast or lunch at least 3 times a month. We keep coming back because the food is great and reasonably priced. The breakfast menu is very good and can still be had even at lunch. Be prepared for a short wait as the "secret" is out!

Flew in for a Pilots and Paws flight and was impressed. Easy in and out and the restaurant is very good, very nice ramp area.
