Although it is the most expensive FBO I have ever been to for a piston aircraft it is also the best one I have visited. The service, facilities and crew car were all great. Landing fee $15, Ramp fee $30 waived with 15 gallons of fuel which is $2 more than most other GA airports so you effectively pay the Ramp fee either way. 30 min from Boston.

Many thanks to Jet Aviation for making our trip down South possible, in extenuating circumstances. We are local fuel customers. Our aircraft is normally hangared no more than 300 feet from Jet. But with a forecast of a heavy snowfall two days before our planned departure, I was pretty sure that we would not be able to get from the hangar to the taxiways at the appointed time. Jet took care of our plane for two days. Got us ready to go in their hangar, and had their ramp in excellent shape with access to the taxiways. Took care of our car while we were away, which had no place to park because of 30' snow piles. Price was very reasonable. Our thanks to Mr. Diglio and all the line and customer service people!

Flew in for 2 days and an AngAFNE Evening of Angels dinner. Emailed ahead of time with no response but line guy said they had it. Everything great on the arrival. Hertz car waiting, etc. Asked if I wanted fuel. Said yes and unlocked gas tanks. Called me on my cell the next day and asked for my departure time. Said they would have the plane ready. Surprise! Plane parked in the "hole". Not refueled. No apology. Had to wait for it to be pulled out and fueled. Disappointing end to a great start.

My SR22 was treated no different than all the jets around and there are a lot of them! Despite a reservation Hertz didn't have a car ready for us and the girl behind the counter gave us one of the crew cars for the entire day – this saved the day for us! Thanks!!

Great Customer Service. Rental cars waiting at ramp, a/c (CE550) fueled and positioned as requested. When one of our littlest passengers left her favorite doll in the lounge, Michelle Hermann called us and had it FedEx the next day! Thank you Michelle! We wouldn't go anywhere else in the Boston area.

Flew in for a five-day conference in Boston. Attentive lineboy, looked after things, they had arranged a car service that picked us up on disembarking. $15 landing fee, handing fee waved with a fill up. On return, aircraft was parked way across the ramp, they cheerfully drove us over with a service car. The rest of the story? We flew in with a light single, treated us well, just like the BIG boys.

Flew in Saturday morning for an overnight in the Boston area in a (very) small single engine piston. Lineman was excellent, friendly service from people at the desk. Jet Aviation responded to my email (Signature did not) asking about fees, and was spot on ($15 massport fee, $30 handling fee which was waived - even though only 9 gal would fit in my tanks). Fuel price was very high, but I knew that going in. On Sunday I phoned ahead 45 minutes and the plane was all set with fuel and prop lock removed when I arrived. Maybe during a busy weekday it would have been different, but I could not ask for more with my experience with JA at Bedford.

Received excellent service when I arrived with my family in a rush to get to a funeral. When the Hertz car failed to start, they gave us the crew car. A large fee was waived when we bought 120 gal. Fuel. Remaining parking charge was $28 for a King Air E90. Fuel price was reasonable under a fuel program; they participate in several. This all seems fair to me.

Friendly service. BUT >> OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH GAS PRICE PLUS $75 SERVICE FEE, plus other charges. I learned to fly at BED 30 years ago, but now they are trying to keep the "little guys" out.

Very nice FBO. Pulled right up front and treated to a beautiful buffet lunch on arrival. Even though there was some construction going on staff was very helpful and efficient. Rental car's right there at the desk. Plane pulled right up front and fueled before we arrived for departure. Overall a great experience and an excellent alternative to Logan however be aware that operations at this airport before 6AM and after 11PM will incur a hefty fee/fine.
