FBO personnel are very friendly and helpful from the lineman to the front desk personnel.... With that said DO NOT rent a car there from Enterprise... We were visiting the University and needed a car for a few hours. I was told by the FBO personnel it would be prorated for the day. Price was $53 (still steep for outside the City) I returned the car in 5 hours and was hit with an $83 bill. Josh from Enterprise stated its $21/hour and was giving me a break by charging the full 24 hour price...I would not pay half that in Manhattan!!

Lineman are great. Young woman behind the desk was just ok. Fuel price was high and they charge a $20 ramp fee. I was only there a few minutes and they wouldn't waive it.

FirstAIR is a step in the right direction for BGM. This airport has never been a great stop. Prices are high, service level is low. The woman behind the desk is great, but seems like when I return home (grew up in Binghamton) everyone has a hand out looking for top price for bottom level product or delivery. Hopefully FirstAIR can change that.... I hope.
