Bethany's has very friendly service, great food and reasonable prices. The airport is very well maintained and well run. Overall, BID is a great destination for a scenic flight and great meal.

This restaurant sits in the main terminal, overlooking the ramp. The $10 parking fee is waived if you eat at the restaurant. It closes in early afternoon. It can be busy!

Nice destination, nice new airport and nice restaurant interior. Restaurant was unfortunately my all-time gastronomic lowpoint. All napkin-holders were empty, nobody cleaned dirty dishes from tables, service didn't bother to come to the table, burger came without upper part of the bun (!), I mean ... The college-age staff somehow gave up that day and it wasn't that busy. Had to apologize to my puzzled guests who were visiting from abroad.

The rumor that Bethany's Airport Diner was closed. Not True. We ate there at 1400 local on 11/14/10. The food and the service are as good as ever and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend stopping in. Crosswinds are frequently the rule no matter which direction you are going.

Stopped in Early Aug for a late lunch. The server was friendly and allowed us to sit even though they only had about 10 minutes till hey closed. The food was great! The soda machine was down but they still offered free refills with cans. Very great place I can't wait to go back again. Oh if you leave you have to pay a small landing fee but if you just eat you don't have to pay. Happy flying!

Third visit: Prices good; quality of food fair; service - major attitude - really don't like their jobs. Will not return. When the diner first opened it was fine, then it progressively deteriorated. I think it's a Rhode Island thing!!

Food was fast and good, minimal menu selection however, and if you sit outside, you have to bring it out yourself. Diner right in terminal, and in a nicely redone building. A good stop for pilots who want a quick meal while flying. No landing fee if just stopping to eat.

Great people, great breakfast, home cooking was worth the $200.00 egg sandwich. Say hello to Linda when you stop in, great service.

Went to Bethany's on Sept 12 for a bachelor breakfast with a bunch of guys the island for a wedding. We walked in with 12 hungry guys and were served immediately. The food and service were excellent. I highly recommend a visit to Bethany's - it's what an airport diner should be - friendly, fast and fun...

Bethany's is now in the brand new terminal building - same EXCEPTIONAL food and service just in a new setting with more seating. The old terminal building is now a parking lot and the big dirt pile is gone so there is parking for more airplanes now!
