Correction to previous posting. Just got bill for $5 landing fee. It's from the city though, not FBO.

Flew in on 9/15 for 1 night. They waived $40 ramp fee with 15-gallon purchase ($5.32). No landing or parking fees. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Helped us find hotel room and provided free transportation to town. Picked us up at the hotel next day. Super-convenient to Rock-n'-Roll museum, Browns, Indians, downtown. Good experience.

Great service! My son and I are traveling around the U.S. Visiting as many Major League ballparks as possible this summer. This is one of the finest FBOs with whom we have dealt. Flying a Cessna 205, they treated us no differently than they treated the jet crews who came in. Free van ride to and from Jacobs Field for the Cleveland Indians game. We called ahead and Larry was able to do oil and filter change while we were at the game. Thanks for the great service guys!

I love going into BKL. The airport is beautiful both from the air and from the ground. The staff at BAC is courteous and helpful. They have all the necessary amenities and including a very comfortable pilot lounge. They will continue seeing my business.

We flew into Avitat at BKL in a 172SP, and were very pleased with the service. Requested and received a tie-down for the night and a top-off. Shuttle took us to our hotel and picked us up, and would have taken us to/from other places we visited on request as well. Don't let the jets on the ramp and the bunch of singles at Million Air scare you off. Avitat provides excellent service to singles!

BAC/Avitat got me a room across the street with their discount and dropped me off. Friendly and courteous service. I've never been to Cleveland before (Wow! What a great Airport - BKL is right downtown across from most everything you'd want to see. I'm a Chicago native and this is the airport Meigs should have been. (Daley, you're a bucket-head.) So I used BAC/Avitat as there were too many negative comments about Million-Air. In Cleveland, BKL is a great stop (at dusk if you schedule for it) and BAC/Avitat is the FBO to stop at.

Visited Avitat last weekend to fuel a C172 on a cross-country flight. Was a first time customer after having been disappointed with Million Air's rude service the last two times (15 minute wait to pay for fuel because all the employees disappeared). Will definitely be a repeat customer for Avitat from now on. Very friendly and fast service. Line attendant was quick with a GPU start for our dead battery on a cold afternoon. Much appreciated.

I flew my Cherokee into BKL today for a Lifeline Pilots flight, and chose BAC/Avitat over MillionAir because of the services offered. MillionAir told me/my passengers that we should just call a cab to get them to the Cleveland Clinic. So I called Avitat who offered free shuttle service for my passengers to the Clinic. They also offered me a ride to a place to get something to eat, as well. Would advise anyone going into BKL to use these guys. Friendly and went out of their way to help us out.

Enjoyed a nice visit. The FBO loaned us a car to go to the "Warehouse" district to eat. There are several upscale restaurants to choose from. Due take note you will get a bill ($5 for a single) from the City of Cleveland. How efficient -- it probably cost the city more than $5 to bill me!

I have been a regular customer of Business Aircraft Center for four years. From my first visit to my most recent, the service has been outstanding, the people very helpful, friendly and efficient. I fly a Cessna 172 and get great service -- I cannot imagine it would be any better if I were flying Lear Jet, Falcon or Hawker.

Stopped there in my RV-6 7/1/06-7/4/06. Everyone was friendly, helpful and first-rate treatment. They weren't too busy and they're open 24/7. There was a TFR for the stadium when I left but I was allowed to depart IFR.

Nice airport, very convenient location, decent facility. Helpful and courteous staff at Avitat, they gave us and all of our stuff a ride to a downtown location where we were meeting people. However the $20/night parking fee for my Cherokee seemed a bit steep. Fuel prices are painful enough these days without the added insult of paying an arm and a leg to park.

Flew into KBKL on Aug. 26. Super nice controllers, very helpful as I had gear problems and requested to do a tower flyby for inspection. Customs was friendly, the FBO is best I have ever seen, now this is what I call a FBO. Very friendly, very professional. We had a red mat laid out for us and were shuttled for free to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Small but interesting city. Spent 5 hours and saw pretty much everything just by walking around. If you have some time to kill and want to go to a friendly place, Cleveland and most importantly KBKL is the place to go! Will return!

Outstanding. Met on the ramp with a red carpet (well, a red mat.) Friendly folks who made us feel welcome. 10 minutes after arriving they had secured us hotel reservations and we were in their shuttle. We used their shuttle several more times and it was always a pleasure. Fees - if any - evidently waived with fuel purchase. We'd visit these folks again in a heartbeat.

The Business Aircraft Center is THE place to refuel if you are passing through BKL. Advertised price for 100LL is $3.10 but by the time you factor in all of the taxes, expect closer to $3.61. The staff did a superb job of getting me in and out quickly and efficiently. We happened to have landed during the lunch hour and since they were having a picnic, they invited me and my family to join them. They were most accommodating and I cannot say enough nice things about their operations except that I would stop by again next time I am in the neighborhood.

I learned to fly at the University of Illinios in the mid 70's. Meigs was one of my first destinations. That airport was the standard by which I judged all downtown airports. I had never been to Burke. Last week we cleared customs there and fueled at BAC. Listen: Burke is the airport Meigs always should have been, but never was. The airport is beautiful. The runways are long. There's an ILS, and fine folks at Customs. After clearing at Gate 4, we taxied to BAC. We found a fine facility, and paid get this, $2.79 for 100LL! Wow. The City of Cleveland obviously recognizes this airport for the fantastic resource it is. And BAC is super. We will never stop anywhere else on our way out of Canada again. Thank you Cleveland, and thank you BAC.

Great airport with a beautiful approach over the lake. Business Aircraft was great and gave us their courtesy car for lunch though their line boy did scratch up our nose wheel pant trying to tow the plane with the brake set. As a side note the tower was not pleasant or helpful for a first time visitor. Ill be back though as the location made it well worth the trip.
