I am the President of our Company & just recently flew an Employee to BLI for a meeting. I called to arrange a rental car in addition to the crew car that was offered. I was told that it would be taken care of & I would get an email confirmation. I got a return call about 10 minutes later & was told that rental cars were scarce & that in her opinion were "WAY too expensive". She offered that for my Employee I could use their personal car (Audi leather seats). Wow! Great Customer service doesn't happen by accident. We are at different airports all the time, our experience at Command was our best of the year!

We flew into to see Craig of Command Aviation Maintenance to troubleshoot and repair an engine issue on our Mooney. The problem occurred as we were transiting WA enroute to Alaska. After talking to a number of people seeking expert help, Craig Scamehorn came highly recommended as perhaps the very best troubleshooter in the state. He came in on Sunday to help us out hoping we could depart north on schedule the following day with group headed to Alaska. Craig and his staff came through for us and did excellent work to get us on our way as soon as safely possible. Highly recommend their maintenance facility!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Treated us right when we came in for an overnight stop. They found us a reasonable hotel -the Silver Reef resort and casino. Nice rooms and they have a shuttle to take you to and from the airport on demand.

Friendly and prompt service. My aircraft was hangared for two weeks with them for a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended. We were visiting Vancouver, B.C. But opted to fly into BLI due to the very expensive ramp/hangar space at CYVR.

Stopped by on Labor Day 2011 for a fill-up. Command Aviation had the best fuel prices on the field ($5.89 for self-serve.) Note that the fuel pumps are SW of Command Aviation's office, out of sight around some hangars. Fortunately BLI Ground gave us progressive taxi instructions. Anyhow, we appreciated the money we saved by fueling with Command Aviation.

While on the way to Washington for the Arlington Fly In, we had to divert for weather. Craig at Command Aviation arranged for last minute hangar space for my Bonanza. When I arrived my plane was put into a private hangar. The fee was minimal. Thanks to Craig my plane was safe.

Command Aviation is the only place where I buy fuel and where I get all of my maintenance done. Their service team is top notch and highly dependable. Craig keeps my 1973 Cessna 172 running in excellent condition; and he always brings the repairs in on time and on budget. I highly recommend Command Aviation for all of your fueling and service needs at Bellingham.

Craig at Command Aviation has been taking care of my airplane for several years now. The job is always done right, done on time, and for a fair price. More than that, he does whatever it takes to make sure we get the plane back in the air safely and I appreciate that I always get a follow up call after even the most minor maintenance visit.

I fly our aircraft to Command Aviation from the Portland area for maintenance. There is a reason that we use Command Aviation: Service. Our maintenance is done on schedule and on budget. Great area to visit and spend a few days. Crew cars are always available. PC12/Baron G58
