Great Service, Great Prices, and Great People ... Sometimes you have to take the time to recognize the nice people you meet and here is a perfect example.

Called ahead to check on the airport, was told they close at 1900. No problem, I told them I was dropping some passengers off at 1930 and wouldn't need any fuel. When I arrived, Dale and Joanna were waiting for us after hours just in case we needed anything. The guy picking up pax was 20 minutes late, so they ended up staying en extra hour after closing time. Thanks guys, you're awesome!

Faulkner's gave us top-notch service today when we flew in for the CAF Air Show. They had someone to marshal us to a spot, they had our plane tied down before we even got out, and had us fueled within a few minutes. They were on top of it, especially for a busy air show weekend. Prior trips to BMQ have been positive as well.

Every time I come to KBMQ I am more and more impressed with how terrific Faulkner's Air Shop is. Dale and Johanna treat everyone like family and make you feel welcome. Cody on the line is always friendly and helpful. Service is always prompt. Dale is a top-notch mechanic (and pilot) and has a staff of three more. I have seen cases where he would take a look at a problem someone flew in with and he gets them on their way. When I was there this past weekend for training at Ken Wittikiend's Eagle Training I had a cowl flap hinge come apart. Dale had it repaired and had me on my way in 45 minutes! There is no better FBO anywhere - period.

I've stopped here on numerous occasions en route to College Station from Midland and have received nothing but superb service from friendly people. Best of all, their fuel prices are excellent.

We stopped at Burnet for three days to visit relatives. Nice facility and low fuel prices. The staff was very helpful. Tie down is in front of the FBO - no hangar space is available. The only negative was the process for obtaining a rental car. I had to call Enterprise in Marble City to reserve the car, then fax them a copy of my driver's license and credit card. They delivered the car to the airport, but charged $69 for a KIA.

Beautiful area, nice facilities, good prices, and friendly folks. They met me at my airplane to park me at the pumps and helped me out with an internet connection to try to renew a XM datalink. This is a great fuel stop...A+

Spent an afternoon here while passengers were conducting business. Nice airport and friendly and helpful staff. CAF hangar a short walk away with more friendly folks to visit with. A nice stop. Adequate facilities. Excellent fuel prices. Great runway. Close to town.

Exceptional FBO. Full service including complete airframe and power maintenance and repairs. Very friendly staff. Low prices. I spent four days at BMQ. Got my plane fully washed (including belly scrub) for $50 plus tip.

Very friendly and helpful people. One of the more reasonable gas prices in the last couple of weeks. They went out of their way to assist us on our trip to town etc. I will be back to this airport again...... Thanks for all the help guys
