Flew in for an overnight stay with family in Bonanza. Josiah and team had our truck waiting for us inside gate and was quick to help us find an extension cord to plug in the tanis (not something I thought I would need in Arkansas). Plane was fueled and ready to go when we returned the next day. Nice facilities, great help by all we spoke to on phone and who helped us upon arrival and departure. The Mustang was there, but we had other transportation so we did not get to take it for a spin. I would recommend to others headed to KBPK. We did not take advantage of the very convenient Subway (we had forgotten it was there) and stopped at Fireside Grill for good BBQ on the way out.

Fueled the airplane with 100LL and myself with some fresh coffee and donuts. Friendly service, reasonable prices and attentive staff will keep me dropping by anytime I'm in the Ozarks. Oh yeah and a new Mustang as a courtesy car. I'm ready to move in.

Wow! Landed in my Velocity on a Friday evening. Fueled, hangared and given a new Mustang crew car overnight to get me to the hotel, along with maps and restaurant recommendations. Friendlier and more helpful would be impossible!

The service doesn't get any better than this! The friendly lineman was right there to marshall me in, had the rental car pulled up before I could get my bags out of the plane, and had directions to one of the best BBQ joints I have ever been to. This is definitely a first-class facility and well worth the visit.

Memorial Day weekend and no rental cars available. "Garret" at the sister FBO in Harrison made it happen. Unbelievable service I will not forget to the last detail. Then a $.40 Memorial day fuel discount. We will return.

Excellent FBO! We stopped by twice in our King Air and received prompt, friendly and quick service. The facility is brand new and has a very nice pilot lounge. They offered us a great fuel price and the employees could not have been nicer. I highly recommend Fly Arkansas and will go back myself!
