Fantastic service and facilities, as others have said. Hangaring a Mooney for the night was $100, with handling fees ($10) waived and a $0.20 discount on fuel. I asked about deicing services (in lieu of the hangar) and was given an estimate of $160.

Great service all the way around. Facilities are top notch and the staff goes out of their way to help you out. I don't get their policy on having to give them a credit card ahead of time when overnight. I have never had any FBO require this before and quite frankly when they are in possession of the company's multi million dollar aircraft, it seems quite petty a thing to do. If asked, I imagine the owners wouldn't give me a credit card number in case they damaged the plane. I think a policy change is overdue, I can tell your employees are uncomfortable asking.

This FBO is really as outstanding as everyone says. Whether you arrive in a single engine piston or multi engine jet, the service is top notch and friendly. Also, avgas price is discounted if you purchase more than 20 gallons.

Dittos on all the other positive comments by others. Top shelf experience A to Z, and all this was for a Tiger, likely the smallest plane on the ramp! Thank you!

This is a gorgeous new FBO leather chairs to relax and an incredible pilot planning area. Flew the C310 in and the line crew was attentive and the front deck staff was helpful. We got a loaner car (new Prius) and went to Windjammer, on their recommendation, which was great! This place had a super salad bar and great NY strip. This would be a great stopover for coffee and to relax for a few hours. We left with full tanks and a free brownie in hand, gotta love it.

I could not rate this FBO highly enough, Travis got us a great rate on a hotel and got us a ride upon our arrival. On departure when our G1000 was having GPS issues Bill from Avionics diagnosed the issue in minutes and we were on our way. Thanks to you all.

What a terrific FBO. Kate, Alexis, and Sarah were especially helpful, arranging not only a rental car on short notice, but they got us a fabulous room at a hotel downtown (for 1/2 the normal rate) and recommended a restaurant for dinner that knocked our socks off. The line personnel were similarly professional and courteous. We were in a Baron but you'd have thought it was a Boeing by the VIP treatment. Thanks to all there for a lovely time in Burlington. The line personnel really hustled

Flew up to BTV just for lunch today. The restaurant is on the other side of the field, but the folks at Heritage gave us a ride to the terminal and picked us up afterward. Great facility and nice people. Well worth the $10 handling fee (we didn't buy any gas, as we were just an hour from home.)

This is a first class FBO. Looks like a jet center, but treated my Cessna 150 and me like it was a citation. Good fuel prices for a jet center. Lent me the Toyota Prius crew car and sent us down to some fine dining. Customs was as the reviews said. Friendly and efficient, easy to find, a big sign, "park here for customs".

As others have said, Heritage Aviation FBO is the best! The facility is new and extremely clean. Warm cookies in the lobby. Friendliest people in a FBO I have ever met. Car waiting for us on arrival. Treated us like royalty! Had to leave early because of storms back home, but got to see most of the sites. We'll be back for sure!

In two nights' stay at BTV over Memorial Day weekend, Heritage provided probably the best FBO experience I've had in 20+ years' flying. Excellent line service, rental car waiting on the ramp when we arrived in a Mooney, discount on fuel price, moved plane to hangar without prompting due to TS activity in area. Very professional and nice people, obviously proud of their facility and organization. Wonderful experience, very highly recommend.

Best FBO in almost 40 years of flying. Very friendly staff, great facilities. We got a 20 cent/gallon discount with a 10 gallon purchase, and no tiedown/landing fees. It's worth a trip here to use the exercise room and "movie theater!"

This FBO is spectacular! Flew in with six pax, had mechanical inbound to BTV. Mechanics and line personnel quickly moved aircraft to hangar and fixed problem. At same time Travis coordinated with my pax transporting them to a local outstanding restaurant. 24HR maintenance staff is outstanding! I can’t say enough. Thank you

Heritage defines excellence. Their facility is unmatched, their staff rolls out the red carpet (literally), and their prices are exceptional... It really doesn't get better. We flew a Saratoga into BTV, took on 60 gallons and tied down with Heritage for the week. Service was a very friendly A++++ all the way around! Took us to get our rental, helped unload and load our luggage, gave us a great rate on fuel and tie-down. Even handled returning our rental for us. Jet center FBO treatment even in a piston single. If you are flying into the area, go to BTV and use Heritage!

This place is the best you will ever see in an FBO. I was treated like I was at that great hotel and spa, The Greenbrier. Had to get a new blind encoder here and the avionics shop was efficient and reasonable. The people and the facilities are #1!!!!! Have been here twice in my old Piper twin and get treated like I landed a Gulfstream. Will stop here again and the customs people are great too. Drink plenty of the Green Mountain Coffee here too!!!

We stayed with Heritage for a few days in mid-August and I was thoroughly impressed. Every employee that I met was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The facilities are the best I've seen at any FBO, and they took care of us (a small single engine DA40) as if we were a big jet buying a ton of fuel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again!

Heritage Aviation is simply amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! I have flown all over the US in my airplane and spent time at hundreds of FBOs. The facilities here rival those in a new nice hotel – they have a theater, private snooze rooms with comfortable real beds and clean sheets, an exercise room, a roof top relaxation area (I heard about this, but I didn't see it) and shower rooms. I wish all other FBOs were half as nice as Heritage is! As another poster said, they have it all - friendly service, reasonable prices, and a gorgeous facility. I cannot say enough great things about Heritage. I am flying into Burlington again in two weeks and I was raving about them to a friend who is also a pilot and he is going to come with me to check them out! I was flying in my DA42 and only needed 30 gallons of fuel so the royal treatment isn't reserved just for big jet customers. They take care of everyone with great care! I cannot recommend any other FBO higher than Heritage!

Very nice FBO, as well very nice staff. My preferred rental car company did not have a car. On landing staff had one in minutes for our use. Stayed for several days visiting old friends. Recommends the Shelburn Farms Inn, simply amazing, I was glued to my seat looking over the Adirondack Mtn State Park sunsets. Great restaurant on site as well. This was my last New England State to land and log. Love this area.

Heritage Aviation is amazing! I have flown all over the world in private aircraft. The FBO is gorgeous. It has a theater, snooze rooms, game room, exercise room, and is overall the most impressive FBO out there. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (thanks for the great service, Liz). We flew in for a brief stop in our light jet. I HIGHLY recommend you visit Heritage - they have it all...... Friendly service, reasonable prices, and a gorgeous facility.

Flying the Bravo into BTV for three days, and using Heritage Aviation as my FBO for the trip, I can only say that it's one of the most clean, well designed and modern FBO I've seen in the US, only matched by the excellent service provided by all personnel, be it line service or customer service (Thanks Elizabeth, Sarah and Jim). All catering, parking fuel, hotel reservation requests were seamless. A+ in my list.

Superb FBO with staff bending over backwards to help. Easily one of the best I have used, and on the US Customs ramp too. Why complain about a $50 ramp charge for an excellent facility.. Which would be waived if you purchased fuel? FBO's aren't charities!

Flew into BTV on 10-12-09 in a C-172 and used Heritage. They were friendly and helpful. Excellent service. I had called ahead and they had a crew car waiting for me (a nice Prius). They're finishing building a beautiful new facility that apparently will have lots of amenities. Overall they treated me like I had arrived in a corporate jet. Very impressive FBO.

Nice FBO, good service. They are building a new hangar that looks spiffy. For my MU2, ramp fee was $50, landing fee $15, so be aware of those charges. AirNav should start tracking ramp/facility fees since FBOs are hiking those a lot lately since everyone shops on fuel prices.
