Was flying in and out with the companies 172. I asked for fuel at the front desk and the linemen responded that it was topped off. When I walked out to the plane, I checked the fuel and realized that it was not. It wouldn't be that big of an issue but earlier that week, someone had taken off from here that had to declare an emergency because they didn't check the fuel before take-off. Complementary bottles of water would have been nice. Cookies were great.

We felt a bit out of place in our 172rg in this amazing facility!!! We were met with the same great service as the corporate jets. Thank You!

Another excellent stay at Atlantic. They are very professional and treated my 182 and me very well. One word of warning. I rented from Hertz and when I got my bill they had charged me almost double what was clearly written on the invoice. They also billed me for fuel even though I brought the car back full. Fortunately for me Hertz had noted on the bill that I had only driven the car a few miles. It couldn’t have possibly used the fuel they charged me for. This complaint is solely directed at the KBUR Hertz and not the FBO.

I parked my Bonanza there for three nights. 15 gallons of gas will waive you the first night's fees. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out if flying in from the north. I've had much better service from the smaller FBOs at other airports (Fullerton, Van Nuys, etc.). Arriving on a hot afternoon complementary bottles of water would've been nice as opposed to be directed to the vending machines in the back. Line guys were nice and efficient.

Atlantic Aviation Burbank could not do enough to help. All staff was very friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make our visit to the Burbank area pleasant. If you are visiting the Hollywood area, would suggest stopping by and checking out Atlantic. Burbank airport was easy in/out and little congestion, compared to Van Nuys.

Flew in from KPAO on 10/3 in my Mooney. These guys were great; guided me to a parking spot and had the rental car out there for me. Three nights of parking cost $20 total (first night waived with nominal fuel purchase). Nice facility; very friendly folks; terrific bargain.

Flew a short hop into KBUR from KFUL in a Cessna 182 on May 7th. I was on a Pilots N Paws rescue transport mission to pick up 6 older cats and deliver them to Santa Rosa, KSTS. Despite high profile entertainment industry customers and charter jet activity, this FBO exceeded all my expectations in friendliness and suprort. The six cats, in their carries, were placed on a baggage cart and hand delivered, through the lobby, among all the VIP entourage, and delivered to the aircraft. In addition, one of the rescue personnel who had a broken leg was allowed to drive onto the ramp to participate in loading the animals on the Cessna. The ramp personnel were extremely supportive. All of this was accomplished without purchasing one gallon of gas and without a ramp fee. The personnel and management of Atlantic at Burbank (KBUR) are Aviation receive my highest appreciation. I have recommended them as a Animal friendly FBO to pilotsnpaws.org.

The staff is great and facilities are beautiful, but don't drink the coffee... Its consistently terrible.

Flew in last night behind schedule. They had a courtesy car ready and waiting for me. I told them where I was going. The gentleman checked traffic on his phone and gave me the best directions to my appointment, to avoid any delays. That was a huge help. The facility was very nice, courtesy car was brand new, friendly staff, very accommodating, excellent FBO. I highly recommend them.

They met our plane with the rental car for our passengers and quickly refueled our King Air. The Pilot's facilities were first rate and included a Crew Car to use for lunch. Overall a very pleasant experience and environment in which we spent 6 hours waiting for the return of our passengers.
