I went to Fuel up, and no gas, there was a note but you couldn't even read it, the pump still turned on accepted the credit card, the guy before me got .12 worth of gas. Usually this is a good place to go, but not that day!

I stopped to fuel up since AirNav had a guaranteed price only to find out the pumps were shut off. I diverted here on my way from Eastsound to Aurora, OR only to find that I would have to spend just as much money for fuel at this airport as I would have if I had just bought fuel at ORS. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Viajet. If you are going to guarantee a price please follow through.

Stopped for fuel at an AirNav "guaranteed" location, only to find the control box covered by a sign that is so weathered that it is illegible. So much for guaranteed

I left my Mooney with ViaJet for a weekend in July 2010 while I climbed nearby Mt Baker. They were very helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating in every way. I didn't spend much money on this particular trip but I'll certainly consider their services when my next annual is due. These are guys I would trust.

It doesn't get better than this. In separate phone calls when I called ahead both Dean and Mike said: "Tell me what you want and we will make it happen". They did more than that, including Dean picking us up at our hotel at 0600 on a Saturday morning, taking us to the airport, helping us load, and moving the airplane before fueling it. All this while making us feeling very welcome.

Very nice people, when they are there. No one "home" on a Saturday a.M. Luckily for me, the Glacier Air copter flyer, Chris, was nearby and did the paperwork for my rental, for me/them. Sunday, the place was locked up. I would not choose this FBO again, seeking a more user-friendly destination instead. Having said that, once again, when they were there, wonderful people as helpful as they could be. KBVS a good spot for home basing when flying the San Juan’s!

Alternator failure right overhead the field. Asked on the Unicom who to go to, and another plane directed me here. 30 mins later I had new $15 brushes instead of a $450 alternator...And problem #2, my hard starting, was attacked and solved. Maybe there aren't any "coincidences" but these guys are the real deal...Wonderful helpful attitude, efficient, and the price was half of what I was expecting. Dean and Mike, thanks for saving me.

ViaJet is GREAT! Their fuel is most reasonably priced. The people are extremely friendly and helpful in every respect. And a transient hangar is available at a very reasonable price. Give ViaJet your business!! THANKS!
