We diverted to this airport with a de-ice boot problem in our Citation Encore because BF Goodrich is on the field. I called Ultimate Air on Unicom and requested a large SUV for the 5 passengers we had on board and let them know we would be arriving in 15 minutes. When we got there, they had the rental car pulled up to the airplane with paperwork ready to go! Did I mention they did that in only 15 minutes? During the time that we were there patronizing their neighbor, they were very supportive and helpful. Even though we weren't using their services on this trip they were very willing to help us arrange rental cars, hotels etc and offered to let us borrow their car. When it came time to leave, they wouldn't even accept a ramp fee from us. Thank you Ultimate Air. We'll be back.

Great group of professionals!! I arrived in my single engine GA airplane just ahead of a couple of corporate jets. The crew balanced the needs of the corporate customers without pushing me to the side. I truly felt like a valued customer. The facility includes a very nice lobby area, flight planning room, and crew lounge.

I recently had the distinct pleasure of being a customer at Ultimate Air CTR in Akron OH. The service was superb, the staff, professional and very helpful. A+++ ALSO THE FUEL PRICES WERE THE BEST ON THE FIELD. Don’t waste your time in Akron at any other FBO.

Great experience with Ultimate Air last week. We were quickly fueled and given a generous fuel discount to Angel Flight pilots. They offered use of their courtesy car and we enjoyed lunch at the 356th Fighter Restaurant.

One of the best FBO experiences I've had in years. The staff at Ultimate Air had me fueled and tucked away in a heated hangar in minutes after arrival, and they had me pulled out and on my way first thing in the morning. On their recommendation, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn adjacent to the field--another great experience.

Be sure to stop here and AVOID the other guys at this airport. I just got off the phone with the other FBO and asked if they had hangar space for my C182 - They say sure; but because it was the holidays they would charge me $125 a night...... Ultimate Air was extremely nice on the phone and MUCH MUCH more reasonable and pleasant.

A fine visit over Thanksgiving, The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Our rental car was backed up to the plane before I had the door open. Fueling per instructions at great prices. I'll be back

Nice experience at Ultimate Air today. Katie behind the counter and Dan working line were great! However, I was very disappointed (really pissed) as Ultimate's website said they had a dedicated snooze room, that was why I chose them today as it was desperately needed. Sadly, they had no day rates arranged with their preferred hotels either. This has no reflection on their staff, just management’s choices. Maybe they'll read this and adjust...?

I had a great stop her last weekend, and Larry (working line and counter on the weekend) was especially helpful, courteous and kind, being a great help getting me a rental car on short notice. My thanks to all.

We are based at CAK with a 172. We buy all our fuel from Ultimate and they have always given us great service. They treat us like we are flying a biz jet. I would strongly recommend them to anyone passing through the area.

Visited Warsaw Airport on the way home to and from PA from the International Cessna 150/152 Fly-In at Clinton, Iowa. The management of this airport during this busy time (Oshkosh) of servicing our four aircraft was outstanding. Keep up the great work! The Keystone Flight of the Cessna 150/152 Club of America thanks you!

Came back on the 25th to overnight in the PC-12. Great service by line and front desk staff. Spacious ramp area. Enjoyed the overall experience and will return as needed. Nice to have fuel cost under $4.00 per gallon!

Given the quality of the service the fee was very reasonable. The staff helped me in parking and offered a free crew car. They waive the ramp fee if you buy fuel.

Due to the recently added remark, I feel that I must clarify Ultimate's attitude toward general aviation. I also fly a Piper Cherokee, and I am always treated to prompt service and fair prices. Being based at CAK, Ultimate saves me 15 minutes every time I fly by servicing the T-Hangars with their fuel truck. When traveling, it is a common courtesy to make a fuel purchase, even a small one. With the current state of our economy, all FBO's must be supported to some extent in order to continue offering amenities like crew cars and rest areas. As a proud member of the vibrant GA community at CAK, I would encourage any transient pilots to stop in at Ultimate, evaluate their services and prices, and then make a judgment for themselves. It is my firm belief that they will be pleased!

I would rate this FBO in the top 10 I have visited in the past 5 years. Great attitude and facility. A courtesy car was offered (and accepted) for my wife and I to drive to the 356th Fighter Group Restaurant & Cabaret that is a 4-5 minute drive from the FBO. I did fill up my Bonanza with 24 gallons but I don't think that was a precondition.

We arrived very late to the airport and the night lineman met us with a smile and offered to put the plane in the hangar if storms came in. Over the 11 days we left our bonanza there, they were very professional, with great prices on fuel to boot. The young man on day shift noticed the tire was low and filled it for me as well. I've never been treated better at any other FBO. I'll definitely be back. I can tell they genuinely like their clients.

This is an excellent FBO that deserves a good write-up. I flew my mighty C172 (haha) in on a Sunday and was treated like a king. The line staff and receptionist are very professional with a great attitude. This is what customer service is all about folks. The facility was immaculate with clean well maintained restrooms, break area with some vending machines, crew car, pilot lounge, and flight planning area. Fresh hot coffee, chocolates, and snacks made my short stay very comfortable. There is a weekend $0.25/gallon discount on 100LL so this is great for the piston crowd like me.

I recently had my 2nd opportunity to experience SUPERB customer service while in OH for the Bridgestone Golf Tournament. I had some problems with my Cirrus that needed attending to. Kim and the great staff went beyond the call of duty to arrange to have my plane moved across the field to G-Force Aviation (Cirrus Service Center) and have it repaired while I enjoyed the tournament. Not only are the staff at Ultimate great at customer service, the ladies are the some most beautiful FBO staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. CHEERS !

Returning from Oshkosh, I planned an overnight fuel stop at Ultimate Air. After a 3-hour flight from Appleton, WI, it was about 8:30 pm, during the landing roll out, I experienced a flat left main tire – I was dead on the runway. The two line guys, Dave Hawk and Jesse Adams drove out with a jack and blocks. They very carefully towed me into the hangar and Dave offered to drive a tire and tube down the following morning from another airport he works at. This FBO could not due enough for me. They loaned me any tools that they had, they let me keep the aircraft in the hangar (at no charge) and offered any other help that I needed. Great FBO, which will now be my usual fuel stop heading west.
