Excellent service!!! This sums up the experience at Ultimate... After a diversion forced by closures of CLE, BKL, and CGF they were more than happy to help out and made the experience as pleasant as possible!

These guys were simply fantastic to deal with. I landed here late one night due to weather with my family and our dog. We needed a hotel that would take the dog, a ride there, a ride back, and a tie down and fuel. They went to work right away and found us everything we needed. They were amazingly friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Ultimate Air Center and will stop here again for sure.

Professional and courteous staff at Ultimate. Had us turned around in 15 minutes. Crew car was offered for a quick lunch trip. Will be back.

Marshaled to tie down very professionally; neat and courteous staff - line and CSR; crew car was being used but a rental car was obtained - no cost to crew; fuel (very competitive price) order to "Top" main tanks - as plane sat in sun, expansion resulted in overflow-when recognized by Lineman, he put can beneath drain and opened cap. Kim was CSR.

Received great service today and fair fuel prices. Got to use a crew car for a brief trip to the Air Museum and Aero Squadron restaurant. Lineman was helpful as were the desk personnel. Even got a fresh hot cup of coffee to go. Very nice facility too. I would definitely return.

What a nice, friendly, clean FBO. Kim behind the desk couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. Low fuel prices and line crew took extra care. Right next door to the BF Goodrich deice boot facility. Ask about the famous Chocolate factory located on the field (although not within walking distance).
