This is not the first time into Concord or to Sterling. The price of fuel was the best in the area. They gave us a ride to and from the BART saving the taxi ride. We parked on their ramp and save the ramp fee. The staff is always helpful and friendly. And this FBO is close to the tower and intersection of all the runways, so the taxi distance is never excessive. I like flying to the bay area via Concord, as it is easy in and easy out with almost no commercial traffic to contend with. Additionally, as this airport has flight training, the tower is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will use them again.

The airport is undergoing major renovations with all but one runway open and very congested ramp space. However Sterling graciously accommodated my overnight stay without having made any prior arrangements. Great service and highly recommended!

Arrived at CCR late on a Sunday. Excellent service. Departed on the following Tuesday. Did not (need to) purchase any fuel. When I went to check out (Mrs.?) Sterling waived any ramp fees. Next time back I will top those tanks.

I dropped an aircraft on them at the last minute with a request for an annual. They gladly accepted the plane, and completed the annual. They kept me informed of what maintenance items needed to be done and on the progress they were making. Very accommodating! Very friendly staff and I got to know everyone on a first name basis very quickly. Additionally, they take care of anyone who parks on their ramp -- they even keep track of who parks in their parking lot. They have informed me of a flat tire on my car, inflated it for me, and also gave me a ride to town. Awesome FBO!

I regularly stop at Sterling when going to and from the SF bay area. The people are friendly, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking. It seems you never wait for fuel. The place is family owned and cared for. You can feel relaxed and comfortable. Compared to other FBO in both the SF bay area and the west at large, I recommend Sterling.
