In for about 2 hours with our N900NE today. Nice lobby area for needs. No Internet service or wireless. However very good food next door, The Hangar Cafe.

Our visit was brief on Jun 23 and 26, but the staff in the terminal was courteous and helpful. The cold terminal was a nice relief from the heat and the ATC folks were very helpful too. I was not going to get fuel, but the initiative of the fuel truck to come to us and ask was enough to make me buy 10 gal from them, not much but something. Thank to all your staff.

About a year ago, the City of Chandler was taking suggestions about how KCHD could evolve into a better choice field for pilots and during my participation in that discussion I said the number one factor is fuel price that can be determined on this and other websites. Maybe they heard it from others as well. They are now often tied or better priced than the previous best - KCGZ. Great job Chandler.

Stopped at Chandler for low fuel price and quick turn. Easy self-service just west of control tower. Terminal building just east of control tower practically deserted except for 3 guys from TSA hanging out in the briefing room and who wanted to know if we had an airplane. Did not need any FBO services from FBO, which is located east of the terminal building. Great fuel stop. Easy in and out.

The airport terminal is very nice, but they really should have at least one general purpose PC for pilots to use.
