Be aware: $100/night hangar charge for a single piston. I requested the plane be pulled into hangar to inspect an oil leak, as it was single digits outside with 30 kt winds. Was not made aware that I would be charged anything. CSR was unapologetic when I questioned it the next day. I'll go somewhere else next time at CID and will be wary of Landmarks elsewhere.

Returning from Oshkosh, got fuel with discount for EAA Airventure. Helped get us a room and CSR drove us to hotel. Good clean facility. Would recommend. Airport is easy in and out.

My son and I were flying from Wichita, Kansas, to Oshkosh. We stopped at Landmark in Cedar Rapids for fuel. Unfortunately our starter malfunctioned and we could not start the airplane to leave. Within several minutes Gary Newcomer from maintenance was available to look at the problem. It was apparent that the starter would need to be replaced. Despite a very busy day, Gary spent time on the phone locating a serviceable starter. Barb Koch went to work locating a rental car and negotiating a special rate including a fuel discount. Jennifer Schaapveld supported her and helped at every turn. When we returned with the starter Gary had the airplane in the shop, cowling off, old starter removed. Shortly thereafter the new starter was installed. At every point, from the lineman who greeted us, to Gary, to Barb, to Jen–everyone was kind, caring, respectful, and highly professional. I felt as if they truly cared about us, and that they were doing everything possible to help us.

Landed my Bonanza in Cedar Rapids and parked at Landmark to attend a funeral. Returned four hours later and was told had to take 25 gals of fuel or 25.00 service fee. Paid the 25.00. Just to let you know.

Lost a vacuum pump over CID Sunday afternoon. Landmark had a replacement pump in stock, put all projects on hold to work on my plane, and had us on our way by noon on Monday. Everyone there did a great job for us! Thank You.

I had a very poor experience at this facility. On 8-18-2009 I asked the line guy to top off my airplane. I also asked if someone could give me a ride over to terminal to pick up my rental car. I was told they were too busy. When I arrived at the front desk no one was there. When I returned to the airport the next day, I was given a bill for only 1/3 of the fuel my aircraft should have taken (I had asked them for a top off). I paid the bill and when to my aircraft. I dipstick checked the fuel in my tanks and it appeared to me they could not have put as much fuel in my aircraft as what I was billed. I had to leave immediately due to the thunderstorms and make a fuel stop along the way. I will take my 210 somewhere else next time I am in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

These guys are great. Service is top notch and very friendly regardless of what you fly they treat you like you just landed in a Gulfstream. Overnighting here is as good as it gets.

These guys are awesome! Got in late (10pm) on my way to Oshkosh in my RV9a. In spite of being a class C, I was the only one around at this hour and was cleared to land 15 miles out by friendly ATC. The guys at this FBO went out of their way to be helpful getting me refueled and set up with a hotel. The Oshkosh gas discount was very much appreciated - took the bite out of topping off. Excellent airport and FBO!
