Just when you think service is left for dead, you find a place like CIA. I walked in to huge smiles, friendly people, a beautiful relaxed environment and a clean, well ran shop. It's clear these people love what they do and want you to leave happy. I was looking for a place to finish up my CFI and I stopped looking 5 minutes after I walked in the door. Even my wife who is not into aviation, commented on how much she liked the experience at CIA. It is a pilots FBO. Can't wait to get started here!

A recent business trip took me to Channel Islands Aviation to do a prebuy inspection on an aircraft that was based there. During my visit I saw nothing but smiling faces from the C.I.A. Staff. From the moment I walked into their FBO I knew I was going to enjoy the time I spent there. Working in the general aviation industry I get to see a lot of FBOs, some good and some bad, Channel Islands Aviation is a top notch business with incredible people! Good work and thank you for the hospitality!

Easy transient parking in front of the restaurant. Clean bathrooms inside of CIA. The staff has always had my rental car ready for me upon arrival. The Flight planning room could use a few chairs near the computer.

Received prompt and friendly fuel service on arrival. I had entered arrival info on the CIA website, requesting a rental car. This information was not available to the desk staff for some reason. They allowed us to use a crew car for $10.00 due to our purchase of more than 30 gallons of avgas. Great service! We will be back!

The one, the only, the original! Channel Islands is where I learned to fly in 1981 and I am pleased to report it still has the same charm and customer service. Great job! N920AW considers CIA its home away from home.
