I fly in regularly with a piston single and get the same outstanding customer service as the big guys. Recommended.

Flew in yesterday in my Mooney. Was treated very well. Plane was immediately met, rental car was brought up, etc. Very nice facilities.

Looking back, visit was OK, but definitely room for improvement. Starting on landing - line guys were not very prompt in directing to parking spot. Got out, told him that I'd be there to use their conference room for a couple hours, and that a top-off would be needed before I left between 1-2. Went inside with one of my bags to see what I'd need for the conference (projector, screen, etc) - came back out to get remaining bags, and they towed the plane to the complete opposite and far end of the ramp. Upon ready for departure, plane wasn't fueled, and the least that could have been done is tow the plane back to the door. If you're not a Jet - don't bother stopping.

This FBO is the best I have ever been to. We came in as a flight of 2 with 2 1970 model Cessna 152s. They waved the landing fee because we bought maybe 80 dollars of combined total fuel, gave us a courtesy car, booked our hotel, hangared our aircraft for free to protect it from a storm that was coming in, told us where to eat, gave us coupons and offered their assistance in anyway possible. There was an excellent pilot lounge and flight planning room. A+

Flew in unexpected at 10 pm. Top off was provided in no time at all. Facilities are large and comfortable. Grade A service from all involved.

Flew recently to Columbus in a C172. Received superb service! Million Air is starting a concierge service that includes transportation, hotel arrangements, etc. I was treated as though I had arrived in a private jet! My congratulations to Million Air and my personal thanks to the concierge, Ricky Belle.
