I came in on a Sunday afternoon to fuel up and found that I had an oil leak. They happened to be around the shop and although everyone wanted to get out of there to enjoy what was left of the 90-degree day, the owner helped me out, diagnosed the problem and got me on my way. As he said, "Yeah, there are other places I would like to be, but I have been in your position. Let's see what we can do!" THANKS!!! You made it happen!

The entire experience was outstanding! Liz met us at the aircraft and had us in the rental car within five minutes. She gave us a quick run down of the town and pointed us to all the great spots. The FBO is a little sparse, but with service like this it doesn't matter. SS fuel prices were excellent as well. We will be back.

I cannot say enough good things about this FBO. Jolene met us with our rental car and drove it straight up to the plane when we arrived. She had maps and information about everything to see in Coeur D'Alene. Liz as also fantastic, although I didn't get to meet her in person. They parked and fueled my plane for me and left me the receipt. They were unfailingly nice and accommodating every step of the way. Our vacation to Silverwood was great and the folks at Southfield were a large part of making it worry free!

Not enough words to say the fine and outstanding service from Larry, Liz and Jolene at Southfield Aviation.. From the time we rolled up until the time we left the service was second to none in the business. We've had other aircraft go into COE to the competitor there.. Larry and Liz are wonderful- they work hard to take care of their customers. I recommend them highly. They don't have a high-end facility, but they know how to run an FBO, and that's what counts.

Wow! In over 4, 000 hours of flying all over the US, I've rarely experienced friendlier and more efficient service than Liz gave us over the Memorial Day '09 weekend. Our rental car was ready and waiting when we landed. Liz greeted us with a smile, a map of the local area, and plenty of great advice about local attractions. The self-serve fuel was also significantly cheaper than anywhere else in the area. When we're back in the Spokane/ Coeur d'Alene area, we won't even think about going anywhere other than Heli-Prop/ Southfield.

Stopped in last week in a C421. Service was GREAT! Prices were as published on AirNav. Called ahead and our 2 rental cars were ready and waiting. The Southfield crew was very helpful at getting us on our way, as well as making sure we were taken care of upon our departure. We will be back! A big thank you from the crew at Dutch Bros Coffee to the crew at Southfield.

We used Larry and Liz at Southfield after a terrible experience at the FBO down the ramp at COE. Night and day situation with this operation trying to help and bending over backwards to do everything needed. Liz is available 24/7 on the cell, unlike the other facility, and took care of any questions/issues immediately. No real facility but they do everything possible to assist and will keep coming here in the future.

Parked my RV at Heli-Prop and met Larry and Liz who were friendly and accommodating. When I need maintenance or fuel at or near COE I know this is where I'll go. Thank you.

Angel Flight West flight with patient who had difficulty walking. Liz & Larry very helpful with golf cart, rental car, etc. And even washed the windshield without a gas purchase. WANT TO SAVE >$1.20/gal? This is the place, plus great service, but barebone amenities. Tiedowns at pump or Heli-Prop hangar (blue across the taxi way).

A pilot friend and myself flew to COE from Montana working on instrument approaches. When we landed at Coeur D'Alene it was a HOT Saturday afternoon and we were looking forward to getting fuel and something cool to drink. After reading the nice comments about Southfield / Heli-Prop, we decided we would give them a try. The self-serve fuel system is very user friendly and a welcome site after dealing with systems at some other airports! After fueling, we taxied over and tied down at Southfield's hangar where we met Liz. She explained to us that the courtesy car had been damaged and was not available, but instead took my friend and I in her own car to town so we could pick up some sandwiches, etc and took us back to the airport. After service like that, I will go out of my way to visit Southfield / Heli-Prop. Thank you!

Liz and Larry have been great! I've been in KCOE for 4 days now and couldn't be any happier with their services. They go out of their way to satisfy my needs. I will be here for 2 or 3 weeks and I'm very glad I went to Southfield Aviation instead of the other one. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
