A truly fantastic trip to Coeur D'Alene. Liz helped us with our reservations at the resort, had the car waiting at the plane and even took the time to recommend a number of places for us to eat and see during our visit. She basically took all the work out of the trip, we will be back!

These folks are simply fantastic. Provided a prime overnight tiedown for a few nights, great service, and competitive fuel prices. By far, the best for transient pilots to Coeur d'Alene. Will use them every time we visit.

Liz and Larry treated my passengers and me like royalty. They found me a great rate at a top local hotel, gave me directions, retrieved my rental car, towed my plane to a safe spot, gave me coffee and newspapers and made me feel special. To boot, their full service fuel prices were equivalent to self service prices elsewhere. I got an oxygen refill in 15 minutes and was treated like family. Can't wait to return.

These guys are great. I had an electrical issue w/my 182 and these folks got my bird in first thing Monday morning. They towed it over from transient parking, spent the day tracking down the problem, and kept me informed of the progress as they worked on it. Great service, friendly people and a fair price. They even offered to keep my aircraft at their facility for the rest of the week when they were done with the job. Thanks Larry, Liz, Mike and Jolene.

I'm still flying into COE 4-5 times a year, and always have the best service from Larry and Liz and their crew. They make sure my passengers are taken care of, and are always careful when fueling/moving/hangaring the aircraft. Whether I arrive in a piston single or a turboprop, here is an FBO that appreciates their customers!

Not sure where the previous comments came from but these people were very rude to us, in fact we left. Another person said as we were leaving "They are very hard to deal with here, go to Resort Aviation, They are good people". We did and they were wonderful to us at Resort Aviation. I'm truly sorry you feel this way Mr. Schneider. We strive to offer the best service we can to everyone regardless of the size of their aircraft. We offer free tiedowns at the fuel island and at HeliProp; however, we cannot offer free hangar storage (even for small aircraft like your RV).

Great place for a pit stop or over-nighter. Fuel, car and hotel arrangements handled quickly and reasonably priced. Liz and Larry are the best!

I came in on a Sunday afternoon to fuel up and found that I had an oil leak. They happened to be around the shop and although everyone wanted to get out of there to enjoy what was left of the 90-degree day, the owner helped me out, diagnosed the problem and got me on my way. As he said, "Yeah, there are other places I would like to be, but I have been in your position. Let's see what we can do!" THANKS!!! You made it happen!

The entire experience was outstanding! Liz met us at the aircraft and had us in the rental car within five minutes. She gave us a quick run down of the town and pointed us to all the great spots. The FBO is a little sparse, but with service like this it doesn't matter. SS fuel prices were excellent as well. We will be back.

I cannot say enough good things about this FBO. Jolene met us with our rental car and drove it straight up to the plane when we arrived. She had maps and information about everything to see in Coeur D'Alene. Liz as also fantastic, although I didn't get to meet her in person. They parked and fueled my plane for me and left me the receipt. They were unfailingly nice and accommodating every step of the way. Our vacation to Silverwood was great and the folks at Southfield were a large part of making it worry free!

Not enough words to say the fine and outstanding service from Larry, Liz and Jolene at Southfield Aviation.. From the time we rolled up until the time we left the service was second to none in the business. We've had other aircraft go into COE to the competitor there.. Larry and Liz are wonderful- they work hard to take care of their customers. I recommend them highly. They don't have a high-end facility, but they know how to run an FBO, and that's what counts.

Wow! In over 4, 000 hours of flying all over the US, I've rarely experienced friendlier and more efficient service than Liz gave us over the Memorial Day '09 weekend. Our rental car was ready and waiting when we landed. Liz greeted us with a smile, a map of the local area, and plenty of great advice about local attractions. The self-serve fuel was also significantly cheaper than anywhere else in the area. When we're back in the Spokane/ Coeur d'Alene area, we won't even think about going anywhere other than Heli-Prop/ Southfield.
