I must agree with the other comments that the service here is first class. It does however come at a steep price. Ramp fee is $20 for single and tie-down $15/night. Ramp fee and one night waived for minimum 15 gallon fuel purchase for a single. Rental car fee is also much higher than we paid at Ideal across the field. I'd recommend using Ideal if you're not flying a corporate jet.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received at an FBO. Arranged a great hotel room and gave us a free ride into town. Our experience couldn't have been better.

I went into this FBO for the first time on April 26, 2008. I needed to go into downtown St. Louis to see a friend who was in a bad motorcycle accident. I would highly recommend this FBO. It is clean, nicely furnished, with friendly staff and late model fuel trucks. They even have a restaurant next door.

The other day, I was going to depart CPS but the taxiways had no braking action, due to ice, and I ended up off the taxiway. I would've called the other FBO, but their tug was not working and had to use Jet Aviation. The airport manager came out to assist and he called for a dump truck/plow (airport owned) and two mechanics from Jet. They worked to get my airplane out and back to the ramp. They put my airplane in the hangar until the weather got better when I could depart. Apparently they charged $125 for a light twin hangar (which is fair), but a $75 towing fee? I work for a part 135 operator but that does not make my company chock full of money. And the mechanics had to milk me for some money too, they told me one hour at $105 but they later changed it to two hours so my total bill came to $410. I would strongly recommend the other FBO, Ideal, for all your needs at this airport. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, this legalized extortion is out of control.

Service was extraordinary! Staff VERY friendly and efficient. Offered crew car. Went to St. Louis for day trip with children (about 5 minutes to downtown)...Had so much fun the family wanted to stay overnight and enjoy a 2nd day. FBO arranged hotel room for us at discounted rate and even gave us a ride over. 100LL not as inexpensive as the self-serve at my home base but with the fantastic service, it seemed almost criminal to not give them some business. Suggest you stop by...You won't be disappointed.

Ramp service was good. Counter help was very slow. She was working with someone who had a rental car problem. I waited a long time before asking if there was someone else who could help me. She said no but did then take care of my bill so I could get going. Since I was there last, they instituted a $25 ramp "handling" fee unless you buy 15 gals of gas. I was only there for two hours but ended up buying fuel (was less than AirNav posted price) to avoid the charge.

Was looking for an airport with good proximity to downtown (the Ballpark) for a game. Midcoast ramp crew met me and was very helpful in getting bags out of plane. Desk crew was very friendly - drove us over to hotel when we asked for a taxi and was terrific. Plane was taken care of when we got back to airport the following morning. All in all a great experience and terrific FBO. Look forward to returning.
