Flew down to drop off friend and quick turn to be back in Chicago before weather came through. Gary was great at putting plane at the front door (literally). We had called for a rental car and it was waiting for us. Total time to drop off, refuel, rent car and for me to be in the air was shorter than any I have ever experienced. They offered courtesy car for a run to Pappy’s, which I had to decline (do not ever do this if you want great BBQ) under duress. I was given visual for runway 12 so I made my base along the river so my passenger could get a great shot of the arch and downtown on base. I would stop here again and use Jet.

Friendly staff gave us a crew car for a few hours to go have BBQ at Pappy's Smokehouse. Great airport location. Ask approach to cruise the river before arrival, fly by the arch. Friendly ATC.

Arrived on a Friday for a 3-day weekend. They taxied us right to the door, assisted unloading the bags, and pulled our rental car around front and loaded the bags. Desk was very helpful with directions and provided a map as well. Highly recommended!

Arrived early Friday morning on "Good Friday"..... Many places of business were closed for the special holiday. Michael Mueller, Manager of FBO Services, greeted us on the ramp upon parking and offered a warm welcome. Christine at the Customer Service Desk repeated Michael's welcome and pointed out the conveniences within the facility to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Ground crew gave excellent service. With an approaching storm in the offing, they parked my Model 520 Twin Commander in the hangar as a precaution at no charge. We picked up an additional associate while in our meeting in rural Illinois nearby St Louis, and upon our return to Jet A in the courtesy car, a Jet A staff member took our associate across town to make a close Southwest Airlines connection at Lambert Field. Couldn't have asked for any better service. I plan to return to Jet A whenever flying into the St Louis area.

We had reserved a rental car but Hannah at the desk told us they had plenty of "courtesy cars" and we could have one at no cost. She didn't have to tell us that but she did. Excellent service from Hannah and Ricky on Sunday as we flew our daughter back down to St. Louis. Definitely first class and we will return to Jet Aviation when in the St. Louis area.

Excellent, personal service for our Cessna Cardinal. The stop started as a simple overnight. Fuel, advice on a place to stay, a ride to the hotel. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful and they had us ready to go quickly in the morning. Then things went bad on departure, an attitude indicator failure. On a Saturday. Their own maintenance doesn't work on little piston planes but they helped us call around until we found someone on field at Ozark who could help us get the plane fixed. Stuck in St. Louis for an extra three days, the Jet Aviation desk was super helpful in finding us another (nicer) hotel, an inexpensive rental car, maps, advice on where to go for a few days, etc. They helped turn a frustrating breakdown into a sort of extended vacation in St. Louis. Appreciated the care.

Visited 10/8/10 in a Cessna 210. Topped off with 100LL. The price reported on AirNav was correct. No other fees. They had several crew cars and let me borrow one to go into St. Louis for my daughter's concert. Thanks!

By far the BEST FBO I've been to!! Flew in from Murfreesboro TN and got a free courtesy car and the best part was meeting Alisha, who provided us with GPS so we could find are way round town.. Make sure you meet Alisha she is awesome. And met one of the line guys who is from Murfreesboro, he is awesome too. If your ever stopping by St. Louis or just wanna see the Arch, I recommend this FBO over any of them! Thanx guys, hope to see ya again!

St. Louis happened to be at the edge of our range crossing the country, so we stopped to see the Arch. Jet Aviation's staff was very helpful, talked us through the provided map, gave us a crew car, warned us that there was a Cardinals game going on, so to avoid the ballpark if we could. On return the plane was fueled and ready to go. The rest room (fifteen minute nap before continuing) was very comfortable and quiet. They are building a new facility, but the current facility was one of the nicer I have been in.

I can't say enough about this FBO. I have been there several times with a boy that receives treatments at a local hospital and the people who work here are extraordinary. From the line guy to the girl behind the counter to the van driver - these people go above and beyond customary service. Of all the FBO's I go to (and I go to quite a few) this one is my favorite!!
