I was there for a day. Very attentive, nice crew car and good recommendation for lunch. If I needed something they went out of their way to get for me. I will be back again.

Spent about a week there in January for business and flew in a Skylane 182. Everything was EXCELLET and all of the staff was incredibly helpful, from reserving a rental car to tie down, etc. Would certainly return to Western Flight -- thanks for a great experience.

Really great FBO and service, we were back-and-forth to Vegas a few times and each time they took the rental and returned it to us on arrival. They organized a "bath" for the plane as the week before it got stuck in Montana in a dirt/snow blowing storm. Really a top-notch place. One improvement could be a crew shower but that is just a wish list item C-FZAM

Flew my 182 to CRQ for a short visit in the area. I'd called the night before to arrange a car and when we arrived, they brought it right to the plane. Service all around was professional and quick. Upon return, all we had to do was drive to the plane and unload - they took care of the rest. It was "big guy" service for one of the "little guys".

Flew in on a Friday and stayed for 3 days. The line staff was very helpful and even positioned the fuel truck to block jet blast while unloading. Very nice! Was charged $20/night for parking.

Great staff and line service. The warm cookies are awesome! By far the best service at KCRQ and trust me we've been everywhere! Keep up the great work!

Outstanding (local?) FBO. Called a couple of times to deal with arrangements and clarify the local NOTAM situation - phone always answered on one ring by a helpful and knowledgeable person. Arrived (in my P210) and was marshaled to right in front of my waiting (and warmed up) rental car - linemen could not possibly have been more friendly or helpful. One of the best FBO experiences I have ever had, and I routinely stop at the "big boy" FBO's like Million Air.

Just a quick note to say "thank you!" to the staff at Western Flight Services for the superb service we received on March 17, 2011. My fellow pilot (Bill Holbrow) and myself arrived Thu a.M. In N181RJ for a one day business meeting close by in San Marcos. We were provided excellent ground transportation support, aircraft refueling, and courtesy at each step. Special recognition goes to Maria Flanders at the counter for her "extra mile" assistance. Kudos to Monica Brown, the FBO Manager and all the team at Western Flight Services! Western Flight was great. We were there for three days. Very professional. This is highly structured, busy airspace.

On October 8, 2010, after I landed at CRQ, a TFR was established due to a nearby law enforcement action which shutdown the airport. Several other pilots were in the same situation and Western Flight Services was a safe haven to wait out the TFR. The line service staff and customer service reps were right on top of the situation. They handled the situation well, including replacing the quickly depleted cookies and keeping all the pilots updated on the status of the TFR. Nice job Western Flight Services!

I first called the different FBO's on the field to check ramp fees, and fuel prices. Western Flight had the best customer service over the phone and is a main point on why they got my business. The CSR told me that they would waive ramp fees with any fuel purchase (no minimum), and also was told that if I find a better fuel price they would work with me. Upon arrival the CSR coordinated a car, which was sent for my passenger to meet us on the ramp. Now from a pilots perspective, they have a nice building, small but great pilot lounge with very comfortable lazy boy type chairs, cable TV, the whole 9 yards... When it came time to pay for the fuel, the CSR was even able to get me a discount on the fuel (I can't remember if it was my AOPA membership), but I remember getting a discount. Lineservice was awesome.
