Nice snooze room and lounge at the FBO. Was promptly greeted by lineman on arrival.

Terrific service, very friendly. Comfortable lounge area upstairs, but a little warm the day we were there. Ate breakfast in town at First Break and it was so good, we went back for lunch!

Stopped in to visit a customer near CRW. Very pleasant experience. I will not hesitate to stop here in the future.

One of the very few places we have stopped crossing the country where we felt we were not wanted. The lineman was prompt on landing, but invisible the next morning. The woman at the desk in the morning was cheerful enough, although not very communicative, but the one in the evening really made it seem as if we were interrupting her personal time. We arrived in the evening ahead of a huge thunderstorm with two little boys. There was really the least effort made to help us get a hotel room, direct us to where to wait for the hotel shuttle, offer us a ride down to town... Nothing. We will press on the next time we are in the area.

Lineman was prompt, the lady at the counter was very helpful, prompt and professional even though they were really busy at the time. Also let me use the courtesy car for the 1 hour of work I had in Charleston. Great Service!!

My experience here has been excellent. Thanks to Kim for arranging my lodging and rental car after my late arrival into Charleston. I highly recommend this clean and friendly facility. The airport has a good layout and is easy to navigate, even in the dark.

Flew in last Monday, 11/23, to pick up a couple of passengers. Was greeted and parked by a lineman promptly and offered help to unload some packages we had. Nice, clean facility and friendly people. Purchased 30 gallons of fuel. Returned Friday after Thanksgiving to drop off my passengers and received the same good service.

To follow up on my 2008 comment, the service at Executive remains inconsistent. Upon arriving 11/25, the lineman was prompt, helped with our luggage and fueled the plane promptly. The front desk was very helpful with a crew car, the restrooms were clean and the popcorn hot and fresh. Upon returning today 11/28, everyone seemed asleep, no greeting, the young lady at the desk was minimally helpful and the line man didn't get up from his chair. Inconsistent.

This review is yet another negative one for this place. This short sided FBO will make you realize how good pilots are at making do without. The young girl at the counter was more worried about the cheap "courtesy car" than anything else. Forget a heated hangar, we had to drive 15 miles to get a screwdriver. If you can ignore the loud TV to plan your flight and deliver your demands firmly you will do okay here. Just point and tell. I rate this place on a ten scale a zero- but the building and decor is okay.

Another great experience for me here. Friendly, helpful line personnel, friendly staff behind the desk, nice lounge, nice computer, good weather computer, and good popcorn.

These people know they are the only game in town and take FULL advantage of it. They try gimmicks like free dinner if you buy so much fuel, but the counter people do not share the "southern hospitality". They have 3 courtesy cars that they want back in 30 min.? Airport fees there are ridiculous...Be prepared. The line guys were ok.
