Another great experience for me here. Friendly, helpful line personnel, friendly staff behind the desk, nice lounge, nice computer, good weather computer, and good popcorn.

These people know they are the only game in town and take FULL advantage of it. They try gimmicks like free dinner if you buy so much fuel, but the counter people do not share the "southern hospitality". They have 3 courtesy cars that they want back in 30 min.? Airport fees there are ridiculous...Be prepared. The line guys were ok.

I want to thank all the folks at Executive Air who were very friendly and hospitable during my 2-day stay at their facility. I had a bad starter and everyone from the line crew to the ladies at the front desk was extremely helpful. They gave me great service. These were a bunch of fine folks.

I flew in here on 9/7. I was greeted and parked by a friendly lineman who helped me with my luggage and with putting on my airplane cover. The rental car that I had arranged was waiting for me with almost all the paperwork already filled out. The desk people were friendly and helpful. When I returned today to leave I got the same wonderful help. They fueled my plane promptly. The weather center was great and they had a computer connected to the Internet for further flight planning. All in all it was a great experience.

I have been to Executive many times and service is uneven and inconsistent. Sometimes it is great and sometimes not great. Today it was great. The plane was fueled immediately after landing. The front desk staff person was very helpful, cheery and helped with directions and had a crew car ready in no time. Crew cars are new Chevy Cobalt. Some plastic bottles were left in ours from a previous pilot. The updated and remodeled lobby is a great improvement over the old one. Fresh hot popcorn is always available, NICE TOUCH!

No planes parked in front of the FBO but I in large SE Cessna was parked well to the west on the ramp. Line fellow disappeared. I got to carry my business gear across the ramp; it took two trips. When I returned in the early evening the plane had been moved farther away so got to haul my stuff back a greater distance! No help and not busy. Since I finished work late I decided to stay. The female at the desk had to be prodded to provide any help to find a hotel. The one she called was full. That was the only one she knew had a shuttle van. After that she took about 4 minutes to find another phone number and handed me the phone. WSI weather computer quit working. After about 10 minutes the line guys got in contact with someone on the phone that walked them through the steps to get it going. When I ordered fuel the next day, it was put in quickly, but I had no help from the line with anything. This Avitat does not operate to Avitat standards.

Great service from professional staff. Big day repainting the lounge when we were there. Lots of action. Lots of jets around but treated this mere Comanche type with dignity, and fuel was as advertised. Crew car for lunch worked fine too. Needed Customs and that all worked out fine. Thanks!

Good FBO, friendly, responsive desk and line. Drove me to get something to eat, then picked me up propmtly. Clean facility, good pilot lounge, internet throughout. Fuel prices about average.

I arrived Sunday evening during a downpour. No lineman to help park me. So I shut down and went inside. The desk girl had the TV remote and was intently watching MTV and eating. When I asked if I could watch the end of the Steelers/Patriots game she said, "Not on this TV, I hate football". Then the line guy came in and asked if I would come out, start the plane and move it since I parked in the wrong spot (since they weren't out there to park me). Maybe I just caught them on a bad night, but I sure didn't ask them to do some maintenance that I could have....

Executive Air has some of the friendliest folks around. Line guys are more than willing to go above and beyond to help you. Kudos to Paul and Jerry!

I haven't been more sick in my life than when I went to CRW, and watch the people there. Yea they don't care who you are, they know they are the only people in town. You are suppsed to get some gift certificates when you get so much fuel, well I purchased over 1000lbs during a month, and then I left town for good, and I still havent seen anything. Anyway, I rate this place minus 10

Flew to CRW from MGW for a weekend conference. Line guy acted like we were bothering him when he came to park us. We had several bags and he just roared off on a golf cart after hearing that we didn't need any fuel. Girl on the inside had TV on her mind and nothing else. Took four tries before we could get them on UNICOM. Poor experience... but since they are the only game in town I guess we have to use them.

Parked my 182RG at Exec Air for 6 days while attending to a sick relative at a local hospital. Called Saturday to try to get airplane into a hangar prior to an incoming ice/snow storm, but was not accommodated. Visited Sunday and found airplane covered with ice/snow. Asked to be put in hangar for Monday departure, and for engine preheater to be plugged in. Warm hangar not available; placed in cold hangar. On Monday nothing had melted off, and engine had not been plugged in. Asked for de-icing before departure told charge would be min $75 (5 gal x $15/gal) and probably wouldn't require more than 5 gal. That worked with some personal elbow grease afterward. Visa charge received days later for de-ice was $403.86! Called and after discussion, bill reduced to half that, still $125 more than expected. Live and learn -- next time I'll bring my own sprayer and glycol. At least wasn't charged ramp fee since I bought fuel. Hoping for better experience next time.
